A delightful take on Latin American flavors. The meal was delicious and the atmosphere was perfect for conversation and... celebration. The restaurant dinning area is split by level and section, giving the each table a cozy feel. Having lived inBrazil, and spent long periods Colombia, Panama, and Mexico it is easy to taste the inspiration behind Del Alma. They takeinspiration and present it with a fresh flare. Excellent ingredients thoughtfully prepared. Fresh applies to everything. The specials are always exciting, and the sauces are... never overpowering. If you are looking for a calm fine dinning experience look no further. We tried the Scallops and Yellow Fin Tuna both of which... were amazing. Our server was very knowledgeable and helped with a great wine selection. The key lime pie is unique anddelicious. Read more
Probably the most fancy restaurants in Corvallis. But their dessert are not great, I’m done with it by just a bite. Their beef... skewer are amazing but it’s kinda expensive tho. And I like their steaks :) Read more

Just check out the presentation of the dishes. How beautiful!! Although not in the pictures, the burger there is definitely one... of the most unique and best I have ever had. And owner and bartender makes this drink with vodka, acai juice and mix with some????. Feel like I am missing one ingredient. But you have to try the place and the drink if you are traveling to Corvallis. Read more
Inspired Latin cuisine! We ordered the Carne Asada and the Braised Lamb. Both were delicious, but the lamb was to die for! So... tender over a smooth bed of polenta. Amazing! Cocktails are top notch. The Grapefruit Tequila Old Fashioned is spectacular! Read more
