My family visited the Corvallis location on 7/26/2022 for a late lunch. While placing our order with a young lady behind the... counter, she became extremely rude and impatient while writing down the order. She would not even let me finish ordering twosandwiches for my kids before rudely saying, ?Anything else?? I then tried to order myself a sandwich and when I changed whatsize I wanted, she ripped up the paper slip and would not even make eye contact with me before saying again, ?Anything else?? Icalmly walked away while my husband and daughter ordered. She then became snappy, short and dismissive towards my husband. Shewouldn?t even let my husband finish ordering his sandwich and told him to just wait down by the counter. There was no one inline behind us either - so really there was no reason for her to behave like this towards us. We did not react towards herdespite her unprofessionalism and lack of customer service. When I looked over at the other two employees standing by the veggiesection, they gave me a ?Sorry? look. I?ve only eaten here a handful of times and I?m not super familiar with the menu and wewere ordering 7 sandwiches. I?m completely blown away by how horrible her service was and asked a worker on our way out what hername was. He said her name was Annalise, and she was the manager. I was absolutely shocked!! I know we all have bad days, butit?s your job to provide a customer with excellent service so that they return. You should never make a customer feel the wayshe made my entire family feel. Usually this place does really well with the food, but today they didn't write down my order and got it wrong. I asked for a... sandwich with no tomatoes, add jalapenos. No jalapenos. Lots of tomato :( Read more
First visit, staff was friendly, food was made as requested and prepared on a time scale hours later than paid for which we... appreciated, the three stars is for the quality of bread and ingredients. 10$ for a 6" sandwhich of subpar quality. Theemployees are stand up folks having to serve less than ideal ingredients. Read more
My husband and I stopped in here after exploring OSU. We split an original Italian sandwich. The sandwich was awesome and the... staff was super nice and friendly. We like Jersey Mike's and this location was a fine example. They also have some outdoorseating which we enjoyed. Read more
