Restaurant was super dirty and the girl working with the pixie cut left her dog outside in her car while she works in almost 90... degree weather parked in the sun with no ac on in the car and the windows hardly cracked. Lady worker there was making rude comments about how I came in right before closing, about 3 different times loud enough for me... to hear. Dude was cool about it. They have forgot items on my order multiple times, last time I called and they said they would send someone out to bring the... missing item. No one ever showed up and I never heard back from them. I tried contacting them again, they said someone wouldcall me back. Once again, no followup. Regardless I like Jimmy John's so I ordered again. I frequently order from this Jimmy John's location. I order thru the app and then pick-up at the store. Today I ordered the... B.L.T. I DO NOT recommend. I initially ordered my sandwich with extra bacon but when I changed my order to a combo mycustomizations weren't saved. I picked up my order, drove back to work, and dug right in given the limited time I have for mylunch break. The sandwich seemed thin and not a lot to it. As I ate my sandwich I googled "how many pieces of bacon come on theJJ B.L.T." The answer is 6 pieces. Since I had finished the first half, I cracked open the second half and counted 4 pieces ofbacon. Next I googled the location I picked up at and called. I reported my two missing pieces of bacon to the store manager.She asked me to bring in the sandwich so she could see it. Really? Boooooooooo Jimmy John's!! This used to be my go-to sandwich shop. Now I prefer to go to Togo's or Jersey Mike's. At least at those places the employees... know how to follow instructions and none of them have ever straight lied to my face. Read more
