They apparently ran out of rice at around noon which made basically half the menu obsolete. I don't understand how that... happens... It took around 30 minutes from sitting down after ordering to just get a cup of water. It was another at least 20minutes until we got the smoothies we ordered. And an additional 30 minutes after that to finally get our meal. Food ended upbeing good. Worth the incredibly long wait? Not so much. Read more

I haven?t been able to find any middle eastern food since I moved to Oregon. Today I found this little gem and it was beyond... amazing. So many choices, so much flavor, and the staff are so nice! Read more

Good size servings nicely prepared and friendly staff. The baclava was a bit different than I usually encounter but still tasty.

Half of my ancestors came from the Middle East so I grew up with a good bit of this type of food. Perhaps it would be better if... the owner was actually there to prepare the food herself. I had an unacceptable meal there, took the time to take the issue tothe owner myself rather than leaving a bad review. She promised I'm more than one occasion to replace that food and to preparethe meal herself. I came in a couple more times. The quality did not improve nor was the meal replaced. Another reviewercomplained about the smell of the spice. If I could reach him directly I would do so so I'll just say now that something thatpungent is not normal for this type of food. There is a middle eastern restaurant and grocery in South Town. Not perfect eitherbut certainly better. It would seem we've lost the two Middle Eastern food trucks, and the place by campus was likewiseunimpressive. I gave this location a three on a sliding scale. If there were other options available I probably would haverated it lower. If you really want Persian, Armenian, Lebanese, or even Greek, hold out for some further north. When it's good, the trip to Portland is just about worth it! Jamila, it would seem that you need to be there to ensure that the food is madecorrectly, preparing individually well and served properly. Promises of replacing it and refunding it that don't happen addinsult to injury. Read more

I've never had Middle Eastern food, that's why I'm trying. I've had a random restaurant favorite for a long time, but it's been... dragging on. In conclusion, this restaurant has a good environment and the service of the waiters is really nice. However, Ifyou're not used to the smell of spice, it's a pain in the @$$. I have a bite then I just can?t do it anymore. Read more

So, I don?t always leave reviews, But this one got me. I am from Malaysia, and we have a fair number of middle eastern... restaurants there, and I?ve been here for 2 years, and most of the ones I find, even in Portland are good. I ordered the lambshawarma and this one there was an extra hit in the spice of each lamb I bit into. That?s when you know it?s middle eastern, notwhat?s cooked, but how you prepare it. Rice was moist, fluffy and flavorful, I had an extra bowl of rice. Tahini sauce is great???? I will be back Read more

We were going to our hotel from Thor's Well and was looking for a place to have dinner and came through Little Morocco. This is... a small restaurant owned by an amazing couple. The decor of the restaurant is beautiful and owners are also friendly and theirrecommendations for the food is also amazing. For the dinner we ordered Chicken Plate, Falafel, Pita and Hummus. The service wasalso good and we didn't had to wait for the food much. The food was delicious and tasty. Loved the delicious food. I willrecommend everyone to try this restaurant as it is an amazing restaurant. Read more
