The only thing that upsetting is you go up to the counter and it takes 10 minutes to get waited on. They tell you to use the... self ordering tower, there more interested in the drive thru than the people inside. If they are sort staff hire more help. This location purposely stiffs you. You ask for a double cheeseburger, you'll get a mcdouble. Medium coffee? You'll get a small... coffee. Large fries? "That's how big our large fries are, sir." This place intentionally goes out of their way to mess up yourorder just to save a few cents on every order. I can't imagine another reason why they so consistently cannot get an order rightthe past 5 times I've gone there. Don't waste your money at this location. Read more

So, I used the self checkout kiosk and it asked if I wanted to have it here or take out and I selected here and chose a tent for... table number identification for the employees to bring the food to the table. One employee kept yelling the wrong numbereventually decided to identify the order by what was in it and we realized it was ours. When I went up there and picked up theorder they didn't seem to empathetic over the fact that they didn't do with the order had requested. Basically why have us picka number if you're not going to bring it to us? Especially since the receipt actually said they would. As we were about to leaveI commented that to what I thought to be another Patron and it turned out to be the hiring manager/recruiting manager/ Generalperson around the area that had some Authority on the future of the business, Sara. We had a good long conversation, in fact Igot her personal number and it will text her mine submitting this review. She said to move down here to Corvallis and that waymy daughter could be hired in a couple years when she's old enough. I'm actually greatly considering it. This was probably the worst McDonald?s experience that I have ever had. The men?s bathroom was filthy and the sink was broken. ... The dining room was also dirty and literally all of the tables were uncleaned. There was no music in the dining room, the lineof people waiting all seemed unhappy and it was just a really bizarre experience overall. I mentioned issues to staff and theydidn?t seem to know what to do. Our order was correct though and food was hot and fresh, so there is that at least. Read more
Stopped buy today for a quick snack and got 2 apple pies, delicious as always! New girl that gave us our order was very... pleasant and thoughtful. We stop buy in the morning on a regular basis, love the burritos and bacon egg and cheesebiscuits! I?m lovin it :) Read more
Asked beforehand if they were up for a "menu hack". Seemed pretty simple, a Big Mac with chicken patties instead of beef, extra... sauce, extra cheese. They agreed and up-charged me for the patties and extras, no problem. Went through drive-thru, got home andBOOM, fast food employees strike again! A REGULAR Big Mac. No chicken, no extra sauce, no extra cheese. Paid EXTRA for regular.So overall, your standard McDonald's. Read more
I frequent more than I should. I?m not sure who it is that wraps the burgers with the label inside out but they?re always a... mess. When they?re not wrapped inside out I know someone else has prepared it, and it?s usually way better. Read more
