I normally don?t eat at any McDonald?s but my son really wanted to go. They forgot to add my fries to my order, they also didn?t... charge me. The employee saw that I was looking at the receipt and came out to ask if everything is ok. I explained what washappening and she gave me my fries, free! Do not go here. Worst service ever, and will NEVER get your order right if you ask for anything different then normal, i.e.... extra onion, no sauce, etc. Save yourself the headache and your wallet by going to the downtown McD's. If you do come here,CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING THE WINDOW! Edit: Apparently reviews delete? I left one a week ago. I ordered a menu hack, Iasked before I ordered if they would oblige and they said yes. All I wanted was a Big Mac with McChicken patties instead ofbeef, add an extra cheese slice and extra sauce. I guess that was to difficult, I received a REGULAR Big Mac, no extra cheese,no extra sauce. I PAID EXTRA for the chicken, cheese, AND sauce but forgot to check before leaving. I asked for onions on my mcchickens i got 2 , not only did I not get my mcchickens, I got burgers with absurd about of onion on... them and they charged me for 2 extra burgers instead of the mcchickens, then I get the replacement mcchickens and they didn'teven have the onion Read more
Daytime experience awesome! Nighttime not so awesome but good. They seem to turn their giant golden arches off...which to me... indicates closed. But after getting closer to them they will have cars in the drive-thru. Confusing to a traveler coming offthe highway Not sure if they want business after dark. Read more
Hit and miss. I find the best service and quality at this location in the mornings. This evening I ordered a homestyle... buttermilk chicken burger... all I could do was laugh at the quality, can't believe I paid for this!! Should have just ordered amcchicken. As I was grabbing my meal, I could hear a female employee inside loudly complaining about something, and she finishedby saying "not my monkeys not my circus!" ... I grabbed my bag and left without checking my order, but I feel like I shouldn'thave to double check it EVERY SINGLE TIME I'm there. Read more
