I went in asked for a bowl of chow mein i said it loud enough for them to hear me had me repeat my order then asked if I wanted... a bag seeing i was carrying my toddler in my arms i said yes. Went to check out and asked where the bag was they rudely said youdidn't want one. In a very rude and snippy manner. I let them know yes i did ask for one. People like that should not be allowedto work in customer service or the general public keep your lousy attitude at home or find a job where you don't work with thegeneral public period! Read more
Depending on the time you go it?s sometimes has really long lines but they are pretty fast for having not many people working.... The food is sometimes good and sometimes not the best but it?s pretty good for what it?s priced for the portions they give you! Read more
I've gone there for probably 2 years occasionally through OSU. Food is not as good as the Albany one. Theres a lady working who... seems to yell at people in line who don't have the mask over the nose all the way. Pretty annoying but I don't care much. Lasttime they were not taking any cash that was the final straw. I have cash for lunch and had to hustle to monroe to get foodbefore class. I wont go again to this one. Read more
Lines can get literally outrageous. Plus, they have no vegetarian options, which leaves out a large portion of the college... student community. Avoid Panda, go get better Asian food literally anywhere else. Prices are pretty cheap, but that just meansthe quality isn't great either. Read more
Food quality and price are okay, but the service and line process are horrible. I had previously been going here a fair amount,... but i would not recommend it to others. Recently, I went here when there was only a line of less than five customers. I had towait for noodles to come out, and was told I would be called when my order was filled. The noodles came, my plate sat there, andcustomer after customer for almost five minutes was served ahead of me as I stood waiting. I left. I never got my food. Thestaff here seems grumpy most of the time and I rarely get a smile or any kind of customer service personality. I credit allthis to poor management and training. I would not work here eat here or invest in Panda Express. I went to their main website tomake a complaint and it seemed to be written in a different language perhaps and then 'google translated' to English. There wasno easy way to submit a complaint without giving them my mailing address. There is too much competition for me to support thistype of business plan. Read more
If you need to grab a quick lunch while inside the Oregon state university campus, then this is the place to reach out. There... are a few entree options served with rice and chow mein. The salads are of decent quality, and of course worth the money spent.I usually get a bowl or plate which normally costs less than $10. Read more
