I drove from Vancouver, WA to Corvallis, OR for a contract job. I had some time to kill and was thinking breakfast and a... bathroom. McDonald's was drive-thru only at 830 AM. Panera was next door. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and headed for thebathroom while it was being prepared. The customer service was friendly and attentive. The bathroom was clean. My sandwich waswaiting for me. The dining area was clean, warm and comfortable. It turned out to be a great choice to start my work day. ThanksPanera! Read more

Fuji apple salad and chicken noodle soup with side bread and a cold brew for $18. Had the hardest time to get something that was... dairy free- it didn?t seem there was much that didn?t have dairy and really hard to figure it out without pictures of the fooditems or have them marked on menu board. Bread was very good and soup was nice. Cold brew coffee was 3 pumps of syrup when all Iwanted was a cold coffee not a super sweet cold coffee. My first time here, not sure I?ll be back to a Panera especially withfood intolerances. Read more
This was the smallest, sloppily made sandwich (avocado turkey BLT half sandwich for $13.00) I?ve ever had. I gave two stars... because at least the tiny $8.00 Mac and cheese was good. Never ordering anything from here again. Read more
Panera bread is above average in quality and taste, but also way above average in price.. one sandwich and one half salad with... two drinks = $32. I guess if you can afford to pay that much for a sandwich then this place is for you. Read more
Expensive but delicious. I love the salads. Sandwiches are really good. Store is very clean. Staff are friendly. Kid friendly... restaurant. I didn't care for the French onion soup. I will have to try a different soup next time. Read more
I'm a big fan of Panera's healthy food options, and really like how Jessica runs the Corvallis location. She is awesome!... However, I had a bad experience there this evening (Jess was not working). I walked in to pick up my order and there was ahomeless man sleeping in the front seating area, with garments draped over all the raised window bar seating to dry. There was agallon jug, with what I hope was a little bit of apple juice in it sitting on the floor next to him. The senior employeeresponded with dismissal (like, how dare I think that's not ok) when I mentioned it to her. I try to be very compassionate forthose less fortunate, but I'm sure many of Panera's patrons don't care for that ambiance (they were busy and nobody was anywherenear him). As I waited for my meal by the prep counter, two other homeless people walked in and asked where the water cupswere. They then sipped water and stood by the take-out shelf as if they were waiting for a meal to take (I know this has been anissue in the past, which is why the shelf is no longer in the front of the store). One of them had a nasty sounding cough,standing there, right next to where everyone gets their food. COVID, RSV, Influenza - take your pick, they're all goingaround. Panera is not a homeless shelter. For the sake of your paying customer's health and your future business, please askthem to leave. If they won't leave, call the police. The police can do nothing unless they are reported for trespassing.Jessica, please talk with your employees about this. Its very sad to see our once beautiful community going the way of Eugeneand Portland. I know I'll catch flack for this, but it needs to be said. Read more
