Great pizza with great staff, the manager Samantha helped me with all of my questions and concerns and the pizza was great!

This Papa Murphy's poisoned me and the owner refused a refund and hung up on me when trying to resolve the issue. I ordered a... gluten free pizza(I have celiac disease) and they gave me a regular pizza. They do not mark the prepared pizza in any way toindicate whether it is gluten free or not so I had no idea it contained my allergen until after eating the pizza andexperiencing intestinal bleeding the following days. I called the restaurant to ask for a refund and they confirmed that thepizza they served me was NOT gluten free. The man on the phone was very apologetic for the mistake and assured me the ownerwould take this problem seriously and call me back. The owner, Annie, left me a voicemail stating they will only refund/replacemy order if I was able to bring it back to the store. Annie also claimed to have an audio recording of my call-in order in whichI 'confirmed' the pizza not to be gluten free. During the call, I asked for gluten free pizza(which comes in medium only) andthe man taking my order replied 'medium right?' And I said yes, because a gluten free pizza IS a medium pizza at Papa Murphy's.Because I know I did in fact order gluten free pizza, I explained to Annie that I was having difficulty believing I wouldn'thave said gluten free when ordering, after having Celiac for 7 years and saying gluten free daily, I asked if she was able tosend me the audio recording or if I could come in and listen to it but Annie cut me off and said she could not do that, saidthat the recording showed I confirmed a regular pizza, and she would not give me a refund without bringing the pizza back to thestore or otherwise she could give me 50% off my next order. I told her I don't think I would want to eat there again and was inthe middle of my next question when she hung up the phone on me. Was told that my order wasn't here when I arrived and it wasn't in their system either. I was "helped" by the owner who told me... my order was at the "other store". It wasn't. She was dismissive and rude so I left. I called the store again about an hourlater and asked if my order was ready and the person on the phone said it was there. Not sure where the communication meltdownhappened but I will never be supporting this business again the owner doesn't want my money anyways. Read more

Ah yeah, the original take n bake, looking for a pizza that can feed a small size family to a large group of friends with a very... reasonable price , this is the place, and especially since all the combinations of your favorite toppings and stuffings...andwho doesn't like that??? I ordered a pizza had it baked found little plastic pieces called not for a refund but for a heads up I have no clue who else is... eating what and my pizza was the very last one given out before they closed and they were so focused on it?s impossible for themto make a mistake and they couldn?t refund me my money(which I wasn?t looking for anyway) never been so unhelpful before wouldntrecommend it Read more

I live the Papa Murphy's salads and have never had an issue with this store before but Tasha or whoever was working today... calling herself the manager was very rude. I called and asked for some salads for pickup and ordered a Cesar salad And a clubbut I wanted to modify the club to have no cheese which I have done plenty of times to this specific location, and was told theyhave NEVER done it and that they were not going to be able to do it for me at all. I am very curious as to why they will cleanthe mainline and change gloves for a pizza allergy but not make a fresh salad, which I have had to do plenty of times in my 5years at Papa Murphy's, for an allergy. So delicious! Excellent amount of toppings portioned (no skimping on portions). It easily would have cost more to buy all the... ingredients to make these at home from scratch. This crew saved us that step, and we got to take home & bake right away to stillpreserve the 'home-made' fresh-from-the-oven deliciousness! ???? Read more

The pizza is pretty good. The staff is welcoming. Would recommend for a fast dinner.
