Last week we ordered from here, after two hours we called only to be told it was delivered, but not to us. Lol We we?re offered... either a refund or they remake it, but it was going to be three hours! We choose refund. Last night at 8:15 we placed an order,which prompted us to realize we were never refunded for the last lost order. We decided we call today and speak with a manager.So after about 45 minutes we checked the app, they never took our order. Didn?t call to say hey were closing early, nothing.These are just two terrible issues, there?s so many more! Read more
Every time I?ve ordered from here it?s been on time and the correct order. Last night I ordered a pizza and cinnamon bites and... it took longer than expected and was completely wrong. I ordered a $10 tastemaker thin crust with pepperoni sausage and pepperswith a side of cinnamon bites. What showed up was a medium hand tossed with onions mushrooms pineapple and pepperoni with noside desserts. I was too hungry after working all day to wait another hour for a new pizza. I probably won?t order from hereagain. I?ll pay more money to get the right order somewhere else or less money to get a standard pizza somewhere else. Read more
I've been ordering from this pizza hut for like the past 3 years. Always consistent, always early, and always delicious. My... order is always right, because I like to switch it up. Their wings are really good. In store it seems they don't have anywhereto sit but my order is always ready within a couple minutes upon arrival. The app makes it worth while because you can literallyearn a free pizza or other rewards if you so choose. Best affordable pizza place by far. My next pick would be Woodstocks butthey aren't cheap. Ordered a bigger order then normal and paid extra for an upgrade with cheesy bread... got the delivery it looked like the normal... breadsticks that comes with the dinner box and they looked burnt. So we called to see if something could be done. On hold for 10minutes (not bad) waiting for manager after talking to a store employee who was nice the manager picked up and then hung up thecall. So now my mom can't enjoy the one thing she wanted and we paid extra for. Not happy camper. Read more
Was a 4 star! Now you lost my business. I don't know who is running this store now but quality of pizza and service has... plummeted lately. Now if they don't have what you ordered they just substitute for whatever they think you might want insteadof calling and asking customer. Read more
