Terrible service. I was fourth in a line that was stalled for some time because the cashier was just chatting with a customer... who already had their drink. It started slowly moving again, and I was next in line when a customer, who another baristarecognized, came in and they immediately opened a second cash register to help him. If you looking for a place to settle down and have your work done try the 9th branch. Much better. This branch is small.

Jacob was EXTREMELY rude to my entire family. We asked for straws and such and he had huge attitude. On top of that, we paid $30... dollars for coffee with shots that came out burnt. So my grandma goes up to the cashier and nicely asks for a remake and thebarista on bar, Jacob, turns to his co worker saying ?They weren?t burnt.? And I said, ?yes they were. Actually all of ourdrinks were.? Then he rolls his eyes. Then we try and sit to enjoy our drinks and the entire time, Jacob is whispering to his coworkers and staring us down. So we get up to go because it?s uncomfortable for us tk be there at this point. I am an ex crewmember of 7 years at Starbucks and knowing if that?s how my crew or myself conducted ourselves, we would be fired. So I go tosay something to the shift and the other gal who was working gives me this huge glare as I?m speaking and rolls her eyes at me.So the entire staff was extremely rude. Read more

I had an overall great experience, the only reason I rate it a 4 instead of a 5 is because there were only 2 people working and... one of them was sitting on his phone texting. I found it a little unprofessional as there were at least 6 people waiting ontheir orders and about 3 people still waiting to order. It took about 25 min to get one grande frappe. Other than that my drinkwas great and the guy who took my order was very kind. I understand stopping to check a text or notification every once and awhile throughout your work day but not when it's supper busy. Read more

Maybe the greatest Starbucks in Corvallis. The employees are all so kind and sweet (not to mention can also efficiently make... amazing drinks!). I am lucky to be able to order & visit every week. Thank y'all! Read more
