Google and their signage say they open at 5:30 so I planned on grabbing a coffee before I leave town. I shower up at 6:25 and... they were closed, but was told they would open at 6:30. That time came and went as did I? the staff inside did not make anyindication that they?d be opening at any point soon so I went to Dutch Bros. and got my caffeine. Place does not open at 5:30. Multiple people came and went as they had places to be but after sitting outside for 20 minutes or... so they still sat there. Went to Dutch bros down the street which was way faster and actually open. Read more
I?ve done 950 pickup and deliveries for businesses and customers over the past year, and today got my first ever negative rating... from this store.. These employees were very passively rude by telling me they were working on the order, and then not. I do notknow what provoked such disrespect, but I am very unhappy and expect better next time. Out of dark roast. Other coffee shops have it, what's the problem? Even worse? Cashier having a personal conversation with... previous customer. Makes no effort to interrupt conversation and do her job. After my annoyed looks and movements, she movesaside, looks bothered to stop her conversation and says "Someone else will help you". Very good service!! Whenever I get the Vanilla bean Frappuccino, I ask for more vanilla and they don't fulfill the request. Most... of the time my lattes are good. Sucks they don't have a French Vanilla. Nice thing about this location is they have a drive thruand they are open later than the other locations here in Corvallis. Read more
