The staff seemed to be genuinely happy and sweet. No one there looked like they were just putting on a face to cover up how much... they dislike their job. All around excellent service! Read more

This Starbucks is so understaffed, it is ridiculous. One employee being both the cashier and barista. 15 minute wait to get a... drink. It was even only brewed coffee. I avoid it here until I forget how awful it is and try again. I always leave feelingdissatisfied and feeling sorry for the one employee trying their damndest to keep up with the customer demand. Was there last week for the first experience of starbucks privilege( first free drink). Met up with an old lady at starbucks... upstair of Fred Meyer. When I showed my code for free drink, she was being definitely rude!!! Trying to call someone on thephone ask about the code and keep throwing uncourteous, discriminating look at me. Finally she knew how to accept the code( ithink she already known that before). She made a terrible caramel machiato and threw a straw to me and say" there you go". nevercome back again!! Baristas are friendly, and gave me good recommendations. Drink was prepared quickly. Katelin and Victoria were amazing!
