Always the cleanest bathrooms and nicest staff
I have celiac and I've been able to eat gluten free at many different subway stores without getting sick. I got sick from this... one. I had to push and convince the employee working to take the proper allergen precautions (all other subway stores do themautomatically or ask if I need them due to allergy). She took some of the precautions(the ones I had to push for) but evidentlywas not trained in any allergen issues or cross contamination. There was only her and one other employee working at the time andthey both seemed new to the job so they clearly shouldn't have been left to run the store by themselves. Overall, the employeesare very poorly trained and I do not recommend this place unless you happen to like cross contaminated food. Read more
Very slow service. This is the second time I walked out before placing an order. Another guy that was in line front of me... walked out after I did too. And its not like they dont have staff, there was someone in uniform that peeked out of the back andsaw people in line and disappeared. I guess the owner doesn't care they are loosing sales. Read more
Every time I come to this subway I hope that they will be a bit more speedy. However I will not be visiting the location again.... After waiting for the employee to make a mobile order of 4 sandwiches. She also ended up chatting with the customer who had cometo pick it up after. After waiting for 15 minutes already we decided to leave.. There was another employee in store, if he wason break I understand why he couldn't help. Read more
Poor service. The sandwich artist, Paul, was rude and unsanitary. Didn't change gloves after checking out customers and going to... the next sandwich. He forgot everything we asked for immediately. Was very slow. Took 25 minutes to get two sandwiches alone.Poor service. Read more
*3.5 Stars* This Subway was clean. It had a lengthy line during the noon hour (as to be expected), however it moved steadily.... The food was on par with chain expectations, and I?d have no reservations returning. The reason for the reduced rating is theunfriendliness of staff - one in particular. Everyone has a bad day, so no hard feelings, but the first employee in the ?lineup?did not smile, make eye contact, and missed an ingredient in my wrap which I had to have corrected by the next employee. Shenever acknowledged with an apology or even a grunt. When your restaurant has 3 other locations in the same vicinity that allserve the same fare, your customer service is one of the most important factors to set you apart. This location always has friendly employees, even with them being different almost every time I go. Clean store and some new... tasty options on the menu and at the drink counter. The location is great for swinging in on lunch. Can get busy even duringatypical meal hours. Definitely my preferred Subway location in the area. Read more
