Just went here for a quick, heatwave meal and had impeccable service. Galen was working alone and expertly juggled walk-in and... take out orders. He was super friendly and was a champ in the extremely hot weather. Thank you so much. Read more
Poor guy was the ONLY employee working at 615pm! He did the best he could, but it was 25 minutes!!??!! before I got my sandwich!... Shame on the person doing the schedule! Sandwich was great! Read more
The server didn't take their time and seemed like they were the only one there. While rushing to lazily make the sandwiches... dropped a tray and picked it up and proceeded to continue to add veggies to the sandwiches without changing gloves! Worst subwayexperience ive ever had.. Go to baguette downtown or if you want real subway go to 9th street where its done properly and theycare about service and product. Read more

I came in today well after lunch time to get a sandwich. The manager was the only person who front making sandwiches. There... were a few customers ahead of me . She was telling the person in front of me that she scheduled too few people because Mondaysare light . It was taking some time and I understand that. Hearing this I chose to leave and get lunch somewhere else, as I onlyget a 30 minute lunch . I wasn't rude and didn't say a word upon leaving . And before I stepped out the door I heard the managertell the rest of the customers that you didnt see me do that" I can only assume it was a rude gesture towards me because Ichose to leave . Like I said, I have a limited lunch and simply chose to go somewhere else where I could get quickerservice. Class act from the Manager on duty. Read more
I go here for lunch a lot and the staff is always friendly and fast. Unfortunately when I went today (4/11/18 1pm ish) there was... an employee off the clock who was ordering food and she was really rude to her co workers. Barking orders and makingcondescending "jokes", it was awkward for everyone in line who had to listen to her and I felt super bad for the girls workingwho were just trying to get things done without being snapped at. 4 customers, 2 employees a little slow, which isn?t really the issue. It was hearing the women discuss problems she?s having... with employees with customers, seeing same women reach into her pockets with gloves on check her phone and then continue Totouch peoples food, ice machine was broken which meant warm soda. Again it happens. It was the combination of all of it thatmade me willing to drive to 9th street next time. Read more
