I'd like to say that this is your typical Arby's restaurant, but i can't. Service was from inattentive staff that demonstrated... few customer service skills or any interest being there. Our order was messed up (one item ordered was omitted), and sandwichcomponents were thrown into their wrappers. To make matters worse, the place was not very clean. Staff, if you are not happyworking at Arby's, find another job that enables you to smile and be polite. Management, train, and oversee your staff'sperformance. This location always has hot and fresh food. Customer service is also great! One of the best Arby?s!
Service is awful, the staff is incredibly rude teenagers and any special requests will be completely ignored. Its sad, because... my first visit was actually good enough for me to ring the great service bell. But every visit since has been an awfulexperience, mainly due to the staff. If you do go here and get take out or drive-thru, please check your bags before you leave.They routinely forget things, almost every time. I was driving home from Louisville when I stopped to grab lunch today, and it was thee best arbys I've ever had. The fries were... so hot and crispy. The sandwich.. not burnt meat, the bun wasn't stale. I was super impressed. Going to stop there for hangoverfood from now on! Looking forward to barfing this up later :) Read more
