I'd like to say that this is your typical Arby's restaurant, but i can't. Service was from inattentive staff that demonstrated... few customer service skills or any interest being there. Our order was messed up (one item ordered was omitted), and sandwichcomponents were thrown into their wrappers. To make matters worse, the place was not very clean. Staff, if you are not happyworking at Arby's, find another job that enables you to smile and be polite. Management, train, and oversee your staff'sperformance. Service is awful, the staff is incredibly rude teenagers and any special requests will be completely ignored. Its sad, because... my first visit was actually good enough for me to ring the great service bell. But every visit since has been an awfulexperience, mainly due to the staff. If you do go here and get take out or drive-thru, please check your bags before you leave.They routinely forget things, almost every time. Fries, au ju for your French dip, the Buffalo sauce on your Buffalo chickensandwich, etc etc. Nothing is off limits. Good luck. Read more
I was driving home from Louisville when I stopped to grab lunch today, and it was thee best arbys I've ever had. The fries were... so hot and crispy. The sandwich.. not burnt meat, the bun wasn't stale. I was super impressed. Going to stop there for hangoverfood from now on! Looking forward to barfing this up later :) Read more
For the past couple of years Arby's here has been pretty good. Basically, it's been my go-to for fast food, and they usually... give top service. The past 4 or 5 times me and my gf have been there, however, they've either gotten the order incorrect withtoppings or it's missing an item. After going today, I got home only to see they, once again, forgotten item. My fries werecompletely missing and I'm done. Unless they get better quality control, I'd suggest not going there. We go here when we haven't had time to research and we're in a hurry. Arby's is always a good bet. I eat keto and just get the... roast beef, no bun. I especially love Arby's when they have sweet potato fries. Hint hint Read more
I ordered from the app, which I wouldn't recommend. 15 minutes later they still hadn't received the order that I'd already paid... for. In all I waited almost an hour for my food. Granted, the drive thru was busy. But it shouldn't take half an hour for anapp order to appear on their screens. I DO NOT blame the store for this! The food was good when I finally got it.
