I will never order from this again my order was for delivery. There was stuff missing. I had to call twice because the... first agent hang up on me when I ask to speak to a manager. Called back speak to the manager. She wasn't sorry and made mecome back to the store to get a refund. When I seen the manager she looked like she hadn't taken a bath in a week I don't see how the store can have 4?. Poor customer service they should have 1? Read more
It was really good. The only thing is the poor lady was in-store by herself and working nonstop. They didn't schedule enough... employees for the shift and that's not fair to her or the driver. If you expect them to work as if they are multiple employeesthen they should be getting multiple employees pay!! Read more
I enjoy when I am able to order my usual pizza and pasta. The folks at the store are so nice. Never had a late delivery and all... the drivers have been very polite and friendly. Makes being blind an easy choice for dinner ???? Read more
These guys were awesome! I accidentally ordered my pizzas at the wrong store and they completely came through for me. They... called the store I accidentally ordered from, had my ordered there canceled and then made my pizzas here for me. I'm sothankful! Update: Customer Care contacted me and said they are taking care of the issue at this facility and will recompense my family. We... went to Domino's in Corydon, IN. Everything was fine until we pulled a couple of hairs out of one of the cheese pizzas. Sincethere was a guarantee on the box - and common knowledge says hair isn't a pizza ingredient - we took it back into the storeuneaten, in the original packaging, and with the receipt and asked for an exchange or refund. The server, who I'm guessing wasalso the manager, said "I don't care. I'm not refunding or remaking it." He also said that he didn't see any hairs (of coursenot, we'd pulled them off in disgust), but it didn't matter anyway because their store isn't a participant in the satisfactionguarantee. Good to know. My Mom was talking to him - he said "I don't know who you are; I've never seen you before". I said, "Iordered the pizzas, do you know who I am?" No response. So I asked, "Are you calling us liars?" No response. He just repeated "Idon't care. I'm not refunding or remaking it." Since we were getting nowhere and becoming angry we left the store and the pizza.Thanks for not caring Domino's, you made my day. I hope others have a better experience. I'm not risking it again. Food has always been hot and fresh. The cheapest pizza in town, too, which keeps us coming back at least once a week.
