I'm glad I saw the billboard and hopped in here while road tripping. A step above fast food and fast casual. Atmosphere is... clean, fun, and you gotta love a place where the urinal is a cut down beer keg. Service was friendly and professional. Nice,and knowledgeable, even the new hire. TLDR: Great beer, good service, mediocre food. I liked the place when I came in. I was looking forward to good food and good... beer. I got the beer anyway. Well, the artichoke dip appetizer WAS good, I will admit that. I ordered the Kentucky Bourbon BaconBurger and my best friend ordered the fish and chips. What I got was a tasteless, overcooked hockey puck and some weak fries. MyAngel was also unimpressed with the fish and chips. Our waiter became inattentive after delivering the food aside from a quickrefill deposit. Not so much as "how's your food?" I may give them another try. We'll see. Side note: while we were waiting fora table a rather large group left with several members quite upset about the service they received. Another note: they cleverlybuilt a urinal out of a keg. We will be repeat customers! Best burgers we've had in a long time! They're not chintzy with the beef or the toppings. I had the... swiss bliss. Cooked perfectly. Fresh cuts fries were SO good! The atmosphere was nice and our waiter was great probably the best we had in a long time. Food came out so fast for being that... crowded. The spinach dip was blah and nothing special. As it got colder sitting in the table the worse it got. The burgerswere ok just very greasy, they never asked how would I like my burger cooked which we thought was strange. So our experience with this place was great!! We came in 8 people deep and was seated instantly. Our waiter was Justin. Let me... tell you!! He was AWESOME!!! We truly had the best meals here! The burgers!! Oh the burgers!! I wanted to try them all!! I hadthe Mac daddy and it was spectacular!! My bf had the bison burger and we'll be going back just to get that burger again. First time going, very friendly staff!! We got the sampler our pretzel bites were burnt our waitress got us new, no questions... asked. Overall the sampler was a great choice. The side salads were small and was plain lettuce with cheese, tomato and redonion - nothing special. I got the Chuck Norris burger a decent burger. My boyfriend got the Welcome Home burger and it wasamazing! There's a choice of 3 different kinds of bacon, he got the candied and oh my makes a huge impact! Just do yourself a favor and go eat here. It took me almost 30 minutes to order because the entire menu sounds great (shoutout... to our waiter Justin for being so patient and friendly while I took forever). Everything we ordered came out perfect anddelicious!! The beer cheese is incredible, the salmon was incredible, and the bison burger was also incredible.
