Love love love the homefries & homemade toast! Traci, Jordyn, & Chris are amazing servers! I?m NEVER disappointed when we come... here to eat. They go above and beyond my expected standards when it comes to hospitality & great tasting food! If you come intoFredericks and don?t know what to try I suggest the homefries with cheddar cheese and a side of sour cream! Great portions for agreat price! I've waited years to make this post, because I want to support small business when possible; however, I can't endorse this... restaurant. Hours are terrible. Service is usually bad. Breakfast is usually pretty good, but good luck trying to get in beforethey switch to lunch. We've eaten here quite a few times, always hoping for the best. Food was hot and fresh. Service was nice. I wish there were non pork options for the breakfast, such as steak or chicken.
Cheap food and cheap quality. The price matches the food. The Biscuits and gravy was not enjoyable I only ate one half and left... the rest. The biscuits were like something you buy at the store in the tube, the gravy had no flavor just dough. It was probablya package mix you buy at the store again. The bacon was paper thin and not a good quality or mix of meat and fat, it was mostlyall fat. The home fries needed more flavor and also the hash browns were sliced super thin. It felt like i was eating mashedpotatoes. Probably won't be back. Read more
Very friendly staff, excellent cappuccino. I suggest the chocolate covered strawberry iced cappuccino with whipped cream.
