I have been going through drive thru the past 2 weeks for breakfast or lunch and I have to say kudos to the 30 year olds and... older employees who have been rocking it!!! My food has been hot, my order has been accurate. The wait has been fine and theservice has been friendly. How refreshing! This is the absolute worst McDonald's ever. Except for maybe the one in Highlander point (which can never get the order... correct). I work in town and I have ordered food here many different ways( drive thru and even tried using the app.) No matterthe time of day OR how busy they are the wait times are OUTREAGOUS!!! This can not be classified as fast food. Be prepared to bein line AT LEAST 30 mins. It is impossible to grab a quick breakfast without risking being late to work. I don't understand whatis going on with this place but they need to figure it out. I never write reviews but I am just sick of waiting in line up to anHOUR. Then even if I wanted to leave there is no way out because I am TRAPPED by drive through traffic backed up to the highway,while my baby is screaming!! Bathroom , was clean food was good I hate the order board it's to impersonable you no longer get waited on as quick as possible... I hate it, I hate it. What happened to customer service if there was one that had people waiting at counters I'd go thereinstead even if it was another mc Donalds t. Lucky they even got a star after waiting 30+ minutes for our order to be taken with no apology for the wait. We were rushed... through our whole ordering process to the point I didn?t want anything from them so we left. I then called to complain and themanager was rude, called me names and then hung up on me when I mentioned getting corporate involved! Read more

The food and wait times were fine, restrooms in decent shape, but every single table in the place was dirty, many of the seats... as well. After wiping down the table we sat at, I picked up debris off of the floor since I did not a ketchup packet squishedand then dragged into the car. The store could really use some improving. Read more
