Love this papa johns! Service are food are awesome, I love how they always double check the pizzas and extras to make sure its... all there before handing it to you. I'm never missing anything. The only thing that takes a hit is atmosphere, but I'm not sureif that's exactly fair. The location is TINY, but it's take out/delivery only. I just wish there were a bit more room, becauseit can get really cramped when they're busy. But that's not even an issue if you just do delivery. Other than that, awesomelocation. Read more
Pizza was average at best. Not up to par with normal Papa John's. When I walked in the store a female (forgive the assumption)... with an arm sling on told me that she didn't have my order (I ordered through the app) but after a moment she found it. Sheasked me to come back in 5 minutes. I came back in the store after 7 minutes and she asked if I wanted to place an order. I said"I have a to go order." She said they "didn't have an order under that name." I said "I actually know that you do...I was inhere minutes ago." I received a look of what I feel was distrust with a side of distane. She then promptly found my order. Priorto our 2nd convo she was dealing with another customer and stopped their interaction to yell at 2 employees in the back "Ify'all are gonna be loud y'all need to go somewhere else!" Then she decided to pseudo apologize to the customers and explain thatthey were "terminating an employee" at the moment. Not only was it unprofessional and complete over sharing but we couldn't evenhear the conversation that was taking place in the back of the shop ... Read more
We ordered two pizzas and they made them both incorrectly despite having the correct order on the receipt. Also what happened to... the crust? We?ve been big fans of Papa Johns for years so we are used to quality every time we come and have been disappointedthe last few times. Customer service was wonderful but pizza quality has taken a huge dump. Read more
Called the store and was directed to a call center, the person who answered did not ask if I had any coupons, told me they... couldn't add cupons, and offered only 2.50 off. Biggest problem was that I had tried ordering online and was told online cardpayments were not available. Read more
This is the only place that will not deliver to our home. GPS shows an address on an old route. We live four miles south on main... Hwy 135. When Domino?s, Pizza Hut, and every other restaurant in Corydon listened to my explanation, they had no problemdelivering to us. The management at this location is rude and obviously doesn?t care about business, nor using common sense. Icalled Corporate and they said it would take ten days to get back to me!! This last weekend we order pizza and chicken wings. It arrived within the stated time frame, driver was pleasant but once we... opened the pizza we discovered it was the wrong pizza, not what we had ordered. My husband called the store, explained thesituation and we were told to mention then next time we order that the pizza was free due to the error. Two days later weordered that free pizza, it arrived within the allot time but this one was cold. The whole pizza had the appearance of one thatwas made hours before and waited until an order came in for those toppings. We are very disappointed in this store locationsperformance. Pizza is good but wings are not. I ordered the honey chipotle and the picture online looks like they are tossed in the sauce... completely but what I got was just sauce drizzled over the wings. Very dissatisfied Read more
