I received an incorrect overcooked order after waiting in line for a long time, the car in front of us was an employee. We... called the store the manager came out picked up the phone looked at us hung up and disappeared into the back to get the employeeout of the car in front of us she then came back and gave us our food. The wrong order no big deal it happens, called the storewas told nothing could be done unless I spoke to the manager that worked that night, the employee indicated that she would be onthe next day. Called back the next day, waited a while for the employee to locate the manager. She informed me that you have tocall within 24hrs. I informed her that I did and was told nothing could be done until she worked, she said she doesn't know whosaid that but she would counsel them. She was less than polite but did offer me a refund for part of the order. I don't think Iwill be returning to this store any time in the near future. I do not appreciate being given the run around and then having toexplain myself multiple times. Read more

Service was lacking. The dining room was closed, but drive-thru was open for carryout. Pulled up, no one was at the window, and... I was the only one there. I was late upon pickup so I knew that they had double the time to have made my order. After sixminutes of being the only customer there I was beginning to see why indeed I was the only one. So I called, I could hear thephone ring through the window, they answered. I told them that I was there. It took another 4 minutes for the lady to get me myorder. Not so much as a 'thanks', just here's your order, here's your change, and then closed the window. Even the pizza was oneof the poorest excuses of a Pizza Hut pizzas I've ever had. This is how my wings looked. Spilled sauce in the bottom of the bag. It was literally everywhere except in the bowl.
Sauce an cheese on this thin crust pizza was almost non existent. Just crust and meat. No flavor.
