Do your self a favor go to any other location this one has serious issues if you do go to this restaurant the manager will cuss... you and intentionally mess with your food if you don't eat what ever trash they seve and call your order these are the 3rd setof fries becouse the fresh were way too salty so I finaly got them no salt ,got pices that some how still had visible salt Read more
Service was okay. Very sloppy burgers & missing items. Which is annoying because the lobby doors are locked late at night.

The last two nights that I have gone to Wendy?s around 8:59 PM the location has been closed. Tonight I came through around 9... o?clock because I had noticed around five people walking around the drive-through window wearing headsets and talking I assumedthey were open came through the drive-through the menu board still lit up again 9 PM and was informed that they are no longertaking orders sorry for the inconvenience. This location is never open my guess is poor management. All locations and businessesare suffering from being short staffed that is understandable we?ve grown to work around longer wait times and such things. The spicy nuggets were cold and tough. My burger wasn't much warmer, but was at least fresher tasting. The door to the first... stall in the women's restroom had to be lifted in order to lock it. Read more
Standard Wendy's. Good food. Decent service. Clean restuarant.
I will start out by saying that I had no issue with the quality of my food. - (Accuracy of the order could use some work... though.) My big issue is the fact that they expect everyone to use their self serve kiosks- which can only be used with creditor debit cards. If I was traveling myself this would not be an issue but I had a bus load of hungry high school students withme. With the exception of one student, they all had cash only. The worker said they would all have to be rung up at thecounter. It took forever for her to actually decide to start ringing them up. She seemed very annoyed that she actually had todo this. With only one person taking orders it took a very long time to get everyone's order placed and for them to all receivetheir food. I don't see how anyone can think that this is the best way to run a business. I know that being right off theinterstate they must get school groups/teams stopping there often. Most kids only have cash on them!!! This is not an efficientway to get them served an back on the road. Over the years we have stopped at this Wendy's many times. When they had two orthree cashiers taking orders it was a nice quick stop and we could be on our way. We will no longer be stopping here becausethis is too much hassle. If you plan to bring a school team here you may want to reconsider unless you have a lot of time tokill. Also, after reading other reviews, I guess we showed up on the rare day that the dining room was actually open. Thisrestaurant has really gone down hill. Read more
