Frequent this location because they have the impossible sliders. Tonight when I ordered, Brett let me know that they close in an... hour and a half and are short staffed, so they went ahead and shut the grill down. Huh? C'mon White Castle. Do better. Pay myguy Brett a livable wage so he fires that grill right up when I pull up! I know y'all got the funds to pay these people enoughmoney to get my order right too. If I had to work with that manager I would be long gone. She was unnecessarily rude to her staff. Personally she was extremely... fast and kept things moving, but there are better ways to work with people than to scream at them and demean them. There were 4 employees tonight working their butts off to get orders completed and out the door. Local festival, so they were... swamped. But they stayed composed and dealt with one crave case after another in the drive-thru. All were polite andprofessional, and the quality of the food was great as well...never got time to get cold before it was delivered to thecustomer. Read more
I am not a big fan of White Castle food in general, but this is a review of this specific restaurant. Every time I go to this... location the food is always fresh and pretty good. The staff is always friendly and patient. The building itself is alwaysclean and I am usually able to find a table. Read more
It was very good the bread was pretty soggy especially around the edges but other than that pretty good.
Nastiest wet bread burgers I?ve ever had in my life. Walked over from the hotel to see what this place was all about. WILL NEVER... eat White Castle again. Ate (1) out of (10) little burgers. Idk how they are still in business. Read more
