If I could leave them less than one star I would. I have never in my life had such a bad dining experience. I went with my... family for a graduation celebration and my kid brother found hair in his food that came spiraling out of the sausage and wasimbedded in the sauce of his Rigatoni Nonna .We told the very nice server and they remade the food that took 15 minutes, whichwas nothing compared to the original 40 or so minutes for our food to come out. We understand the restaurant was busy and theissue is with the managers gross mishandling of the situation. The manager came to the table and was highly rude, contradictingevery statement that my mother made and was practically yelling at my mother. We paid the bill of nearly $300 and the managerfollowed my mom out of the restaurant. We will report them to the Health department and shut down for such a serious healthhazard. We will also be contacting the OSHA and FDA because there are likely other hazards in the kitchen. Read more

This was the worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant and I wasn’t even able to taste the food. My husband and I where... driving home and stopped here because google said that they were open for another hour. We pulled up to the parking lot andasked the valet if dinner service was still available. The valet walked inside and asked, said yes, and told us we could park.When we entered the restaurant we stood in front waiting to be greeted for 5 minutes while people just looked at us standingthere. We decided to leave since no one would even acknowledge our presence but a nice man at the door said he would help. Hewent to the dining room to speak to the manager and management starts YELLING AT HIM! It was the most disturbing experienceI’ve had in a long time. I would never want to try this food. Not only do they ignore potential customers but they treat thestaff horribly and embarrass them when they try to help. People were still eating in the dining room and were still drinking atthe bar. The staff inside the restaurant still refused to acknowledge our presence. Read more

Been traveling all day and came over from the Hyatt Regency to have a nice hot meal. I arrived at 10:25 pm and was told the... kitchen was closed, even though the restaurant closes at 11pm. So, far, Greenwich, disappointed that my first meal here was notat Louie's. Perhaps tell patrons on your website and Google page who have never been here that you close the kitchen earlierthan the restaurant. It indicates you make plenty of money and you don't need new customers. Read more

Great ambiance and character. I enjoyed every minute of my visit to my surprise guest at my table (the moose) to the fireplace... and the Italian decor. My Shrimp Diavolo was exquisite. I ordered pineapple upside down cake and I can't even describe theyumminess (if that is even a word). I would definitely recommend it. Read more

Great little place. Easier to get in for lunch, very popular for dinner. Outdoor seating under tent, valet parking. Great... sangria (a must for me) and try the crispy zucchini and carrots. So good! Read more

This is a great little gem right off of i95. The food is top notch and the waitstaff is amazing. Gregory took care of our... table; he suggested the halibut and it was very fresh. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. A+ Read more

I have heating here before and had much better meals and service. I think my biggest complaint is that the steak I ordered... definitely was not 12 oz supposed to be a ribeye and it was $42. It was overcooked on the ends in the center it was alsoovercooked it was medium instead of medium rare I sent it back they cut it in the center they sent it back to me and said it wascooked medium rare which it was not. At this point I was not going to send it back again I was so disgusted on how thin thesteak was for how much they were charging. The caramelized onions that I had them put on the side were not caramelized they werejust cooked and the vegetables were sort of skimpy too and there was nothing that special about them. I will go back again andstick to what I know my favorite dish there is the short rib ravioli and the truffle cream sauce. The octopus I had was alsofantastic. I just think it's important that the owner knows that if things are not cooked properly that they're getting sentback into the dining room and that maybe the portion sizes are also not proper. Could be better. I stop here on seldom occasion and am often underwhelmed. Stopped by on a Sunday and it was not overly packed.... Ordered chicken parmigiana which arrived in about 10 minutes. Clearly, this was pre-prepared and reheated...and that is how ittasted. Would prefer fresher food, understandably. Read more
