I decided to give this location a second chance. That was a mistake. Waited at least 3 minutes in the drive thru at the speaker... waiting for someone. Noone was in line or in the restaurant. There were like 3 cars in the lot. Waygu meat was frozen. Shakemachine was down for cleaning at 11:30 in the morning. Seriously. Read more

Didn't get our order right. No popper. But she never charged us. Cashier called for help.... she could not make change. Needed... someone with math skills. Shakes were good. Read more
Went there and it took over 15 minutes to get my foodand it was ice cold. They had a new guy working which is fine but he kept... saying he was doing best he could bc 4 ppl standing around staring instead of helping. Sat at the drive thru Saturday at 6 o'clock for 20 minutes. The worker said we are short on help and we told her I hope out food... isn't cold. She reassured us it wasn't. Well yes it was cold don't recommend this place! Read more
Went through the drive thru at 9pm tonight. They were clearly open and it showed online that they were open until 10pm. We sat... at the speaker for about 5 minutes waiting for someone to answer, even said "Hello?" a few times just in case they didn't hearus pull in. Meanwhile, there are two other people behind us waiting. We eventually gave up and drove off and while we drove bythe window, there was an employee in the drive thru window filling a drink staring right at us driving by. So clearly someonewas working the drive thru but just ignoring it. There also weren't any other cars parked in the parking lot or at the drivethru window so I don't know whose drink order he was filling. As we drove away, we watched the same exact scenario happen withthe car that was behind us in line. Very, very poor service tonight from Arby's. We won't be returning for awhile. I am neverone to complain and I usually don't, but I have worked in customer service for years and this was absolutely awful customerservice. Read more
Arby's is a popular place so there is usually a line at the drive-thru, the problem is only 1 is open. Service is fast and... accurate, always served with a smile. Read more
