Went to this McDonald?s this morning through the drive thru. I asked for a blueberry muffin and special request of it being... warmed up. They have done this for me before otherwise I would never have asked this. This morning they give it to me cold Iasked if they could warm it up they told me to pull forward to third window. A car was in front of me waiting for well over 10min. I get to the window and they give me the muffin it?s still cold! I asked why they didn?t warm it up. Lady told me theydon?t do that she won?t on her shift. Skinny blonde chic! I was polite and said couldn?t you have said something I waited inline she throws out you don?t have to be rude. I?m NEVER RUDE! She slammed the window! Cut me off and walked away. I won?t shophere again. You cannot be nice and have customer service then you don?t need me to come there. Read more

Worst McDonald?s in mount vernon. Forgot my fry, I ordererd a cheeseburger with no ketchup or mustard, add Mac sauce. They only... put Mac sauce on the burger and no pickles or onion. How hard is it to make it correctly?! On top of that, burger is burnt andold. do not recommend. Read more
Terrible service. The chick taking drive thru orders told us to go to the first window. We sat at the window and she stared at... us and ignored us for 7 minutes. We pay and go to the next window and they gave us the wrong sandwich so we pulled to the nextwindow to wait for the right sandwich and in the bag the fries were upside down which causes them to spill out in the bag. Ifthe chick can't multitask get her off the drive thru service. Read more
