Came in on a Monday night. Our server was nice, but they literally had no food. No burgers, no fries, no tater tots. We decided... to leave and they still charged us for the lemonade we had. Manager came over and did nothing and did not offer anything. Notgood service redemption. Zero stars. I get not serving underage kids alcohol but to be disrespectful is another level. Went for some beers and wings and... Joe Ulloa ,the ?manager,? said to us ?you guys got the wrong place?. These guys never have had an out of state customer and donot train their employees. They denied us service and did not try and validate our IDs. Absolutely incompetent management andinsulting to us customers. I cannot believe this. Never have I ever had a problem with my out of state ID. I do not recommendthis place. They need to go back and do some training on IDs because this was unbelievable. I simply am in shock. Corporateneeds to do a better job with their POOR management!! Read more

If you like BWW don't come to this one. When we arrived there was maybe 15 customers and a ton of empty seats. Waited 10 minutes... at the front to be seated then another 10 to be served, had to get the attention of someone. Wewatched people show amd leavebecause no one seated them. Witnessed manager and other employees chatting it up in the kitchen instead of atteending tocustomers. When we finally got our food it was missing items. The bar tendress was working overtime to attend all the people atthe bar. Saw some people move their seats to the bar to hope and get better service but there's only so much 1 bar tender cando. The place has to redesign how employee?s are able to manage work performance from the kitchen thats has everything back up, to... customer service my appetizer was the las thing to bring and service was just bad every employee was just not in there mood towork there tips just not great all will not come again I always give great tips because I know it a hard work but not this timeby the way never got my appetizer Read more
I truly enjoyed the location and overall design of this location. It?s smaller than your typical BWW, with the bar and general... dining area combined. The only downside is staff is extremely limited. There was 1 waitress attending the entire bar and diningarea. Resulting in a substantial wait time for drinks. Read more
The service here is very poor if I could give negative stars I would they got my order wrong the food took about 45 minutes to... arrive and also that whole time not once did the server Sayra come and asked if we needed refills and when we asked her for arefill we never got it. Also on the check they charged us drinks that we never received and they tried to charge my kids mealfor a regular meal very very bad service. We had to chance down the server just so we can pay it took about 10-15 minutes. DONOT RECOMMEND!!!! Read more
Small Chill spot but worth the food, drinks and games. I would say they need a bit of help with hiring more servers or having... more servers to help others working .. but overall my food was top notch, Hot & Ready. My drinks were always on point and myserver literally was serving about 6-7 tables alone .. somehow did her thing! I really appreciate her! Please hire moreservers!! Read more
