Im came to this chipotle on Tuesday Nov. 8th at 3:15pm. The cook was on Snapchat while he was cutting the chicken and sprinkling... salt on the chicken. There was also no chicken on the steam table so that is bad that he was taking his time getting the chickenout. The person serving the food had no engagement with anyone. Very robotic. She just kept saying "what else". The cashier I'msure is new but she had no clue of what was going on. Very sad that this was the experience because I love Chipotle. Read more
Ordered a salad bowl for 4:30 pick-up, got there at 4:33 and the bowl was cold by the time I started eating it. Maybe some... people like it that way, but I like my chicken, beans, rice and bell peppers hot, not room temperature/cold. Serving size wasgood, but they forgot to provide a fork and napkins. Charged me extra for guacamole on a veggie bowl. They were also serving old food that looked like it had been sitting for hours!... I tried to pick what was some what decent. Even they chips were soggy and stale! Disappointed. Read more
If I want the good stuff come in at least 3 hours before closing because if you don't the food has been sitting there longer and... you will get a stomach ache. This is also the only location that will not provide the free tortillas on the side with your meal.Also, the cleanliness is a bit questionable. When I asked for sour creme on my bowl, there was lettuce and cheese that hadfallen in the sour creme...no one took it out and I was served with all the fallen food that was in it. Thankfully I could tellthat it was recently and that it want old. I just took it. However, I do think that they could have their food lanes a lot morecleaner and tidier. The food was still very delicious. I would have to try to order through their drive thru one day. I have notseen any other Chipotle that has this feature. I'm also glad that this Chipotle is close to my place. It is still a huge plus tohave a Chipotle close by. Read more

Not a fan. Ordered a salad bowl with steak, barely any greens at all and the sauce was so hot it was not edible. You could see... the bottom of the bowl so little content. Tasted fresh, but definitely not worth the money. For the same price I could have wentto Caliente and gotten an amazing salad packed with extras and meat. Such a bummer..... Read more

Chipotle on 17th, you know the chain you know the food. Had a barbacoa bowl n guac n chips with a drink. Whew! That guac is sold... like gold still! A biggie was they mix old stale chips was fresh to get less waste. So it's kinda Russian roulette if you get anasty stale greasy one that has a chew toy consistancy. The soda machine was out of Coke syrup (running clear soda water) n theywere too busy too change it. They we're busy so I'll give 'em that. Still... we'd check our syrups before a rush. A SM-MED sizeddining room. Lots of bar stool and group café seating. Same picante sauces on bar a (+). No Cholula sauce. Bestie n I foundsome regular seating more towards the front. Had to clean the table. SUM:: Food was good 13$+ for the bowl. A little dining roomTLC would go far. No comment on bathroom, didn't use... TIP - Watch out for high peak times.
