Adrianna the manager is not capable nor apologetic. I ordered curbside delivery, the natural choice in a pandemic, to my dismay... they did not bring it outside. I expected it to be done after waiting the quoted 20 minutes and then some. I walked inside topick up my order even though we were parked right in front with our hazards on like they said to do. Some older asian employeekept glancing at our car but didn't think to check tickets and put two and two together. When I asked Adrianna why our orderwasn't brought out, she just pointed at a computer behind the counter and lamely stated "system's down", not even a "sorry". Iunderstand this may happen time to time but if the system is down then why could I place an order in the first place and also,why isn't someone checking tickets and calling or following up? Domino's has come a long way in my book! Yes even though they've always been good, they still had a lot of Kinks to work out and... terms of consistency. However with one that's located nearest me which is on 17th Street and Orange Avenue in Costa Mesa, theyare right on top of everything. Answer the phone they don't leave you lingering even though they're busy they make every effortto get to you, and when you walk in the door to greet you and they take your order over all I have to give them 5 stars. And mydelivery orders were Hot, & more important Accurate. They are not gourmet but they are what gourmet pizzeria s are not;affordable, fresh & hot. The BBQ Chicken pizza is my Fav! Read more
STAY AWAY from this dominos location. You won?t get your order on time, and the employees, even the store manager, don?t care... that they don?t have your order ready when they tell you. The store manager basically threw my pizza at me after waiting anextra 40 minutes to get it. Dominos wants to monitor how quickly pizzas are made and given to the customer (either throughdelivery or take out). Look at the monitors when you go into a store and you will see timers for various orders. The problem isthat this location is LYING on their timing. I followed the pizza tracker online and then come to the store when the pizza saidit was ready. I even waited to make sure the ?quality check? was completed. But when I arrived to the store, the pizza wasn?tready. I was confused because online it said it was ready. I was told ?it would be 5 minutes,? so I waited. 15 minutes later,the manager asks for my name again, checks my order, and says ?it will be just 2 more minutes.? But right after he says this, Isee him put a new pizza into the oven that looks deceptively like the one I ordered. Again, another 15 minutes later he asks formy name again, which I give for the 3rd time, and he says my pizza ?is almost ready.? But at this point I ask him if he madethe pizza before I arrived or if he made it after I arrived. Immediately he gets uncomfortable and admits that they have beenbehind. I told him that was fine, but why did he lie to me when I entered? Why did he continually tell me that my pizza was?almost ready? when he knew he hadn?t even put it into the oven? He couldn?t answer these questions, so instead he just got mypizza, shoved it into my face and said ?here ya go!? No apology for the wait, no apology for lying to me, and just plainrude. So in summary: this location is lying on their pizza tracker, which caused me to wait an additional 40 minutes afterdriving to the store. I was a Papa John's fan for a long time. Then they fired him and became political. So we tried the 'new' Domino's and we were... really surprised at how much better it was since all of the new changes. The Crust is really flavorful, especially with thatgarlic butter brushed on. The Toppings are really nice and fresh. I like the ExtravaganZZa and I get a couple of items swappedout and it's really good pizza. Service is good, I go in to get it, so I talk to the employees and they are courteous andfriendly. Read more
I had pizza delivered to my door this past sat. Pizza didn't take long, is was actually still hot. So good job there. Delivery... guy was also nice with a friendly greeting and smile on his face! My pizza delivery experience i can say was awesome! Read more
Brianna (or Adrianna) is the alleged manager there. I found this out after I ordered a pizza and wings from her and after an... hour the delivery had not arrived. I call back to track it down and she said it had been delivered an hour ago even though I hadordered it an hour ago. Turns out she got the address wrong which is curious because on the phone she got it wrong TWICE. Irestated my address a 3rd time and was convinced she finally got it right. So I went to my neighbor?s house where she had itwrongfully delivered and the housekeeper was hosing down her internal walkway, just inside her patio gate. Turns out thedelivery person dropped it just inside the gate and notified nobody. Their dogs got into it and ended up sick??as dog! Briannarefunded us for the delivery, but was totally unapologetic and couldn?t have cared less about the situation. She?s incompetentand a good reason to not order from this particular Dominoes. Before I wrote this review, I read other reviews here and zerosurprise, more 1star reviews because of Brianna (or Adrianna). As long as she?s managing this store, I suggest you callLaventina?s or Gina?s or any other pizza place in the north Newport area. Read more
