It was Jack at two am. What do you expect? Fast food is generally a mandatory 2 star or below rating..but?the guy working was... pleasant & personable, service was quick, the food was hot, my drink had more drink than ice, and the fries weren?t soggy ordripping with grease?.so?.bonus star..3 out of 5. Horrible customer service at the order box, got interrupted during my order which the lady got wrong 4 times, to tell me she... would see me at the window even though I wasn't done ordering. She then ignored me for a solid minute while I waited to continueordering. When my patience ran out and I drove away from the speaker I heard her immediately greet the next car in line. When Imade it to the window I was met with an open air of disdain and irritation. When the second lady read the first part of my orderI said yes but I wasn't done ordering and she scoffed and said "im not the one who took your order" (in pretty sure it doesn'tmatter who took the order since she was the MANAGER and should have rectified the situation with a better attitude instead ofshrugging it off) after I told her the second part of our order I had to re speak my whole order because she erased the firstpart. I was completely ignored by Memo the person who took my order and charged me. I tried confirming my order at the window with... no answer. I pulled up to the window and he ignored me and walked away. He brushed me off when I asked his name. If your having a bad morning dont come to work. Simple. Sad I can't go to that loca anymore because of his bad customer service. Tried to sell me a grilled cheese cheese burger with half a piece of tore up cheese on it. Brought it back to the manager, she... showed me the two pieces of tore up cheese both smaller than a quarter and told me "see cheese" there was nothing in between thetwo buns that were the "grilled cheese" part. I showed her the picture on line and she told me "no they're different here"???????????? it's funny but annoying as well. Just avoid this place.
