My husband and I ate here tonight. We were disappointed in the meal. We sat at a dirty table. The floor was filthy. It was not... busy at all. It took 10 minutes after we sat down before we were asked what we wanted to drink. The servers just stood in themiddle of the restaurant where the kitchen is. After bringing us our food, no one ever asked if we needed anything or how ourmeal was. We had to ask for our check. It as strange because the place is tiny. The service was not bad, it was nonexistent. Iordered the Kitakata Ramen. It has 5 thin pieces of pork, which is the best part of the meal. The broth smells strange. Thenoodles are chewy and flavorless. The bamboo pieces have a bad flavor. My husband ordered the Juicy Fried Chicken Bowl. It wasa mix of white and dark meat. Though his meal was slightly better than mine, we still did not like the flavor. The best part ofhis meal was the steamed rice. I gave this place one star because it was open. I gave it a second star because the food looksgood. We were excited to eat here before we tasted the food. As long as you don?t plan on putting it in your mouth, it is fine. Read more

The simple ramen was a little unexciting in terms of flavour. I did have a bit of a try of my friends spicy ramen and that was... ALOT more flavoursome. Read more

Re-visited today and surprisingly there is no waiting to get in. We ordered the Green and Miso Ramens and kind of disappointed,... the Ramen is not good like the previous time, the meat is chewy and dry, We think the one in Buena Park is way better. Read more

Finished shopping in SCP, spent a fortune and got hungry & tired. What?s the cure? Ramen nearby! Only less then 10 mins away,... and it was recommended by a friend born and raised in OC, it can?t go wrong. Ramen was great and food aside, the service is oneof the best I?ve ever had, cheers! Out of 5 Cleanliness 3 Service 0 Food 3 Atmosphere 2 Price 3 I wish I had better things to say about this place considering the... amazing reviews it has. When we first got there, the wait was thirty minutes (I don?t mind). While waiting, I asked for a menu, the host frowned at me and says: yeah, sure. I guess you can take this one. And then proceeds to let me know that there is amenu outside. So I leave the menu and look at the outside menu instead. Once seated, the table and menus were still crusty?there was still crumbs of food on our table. That host? I don?t know if he?s a new trainee or what but he did not know how tobe a good server. They never refilled our waters and when I asked, he reached over the end of the table and motioned with twofingers for me to hand him my cup. He then disregarded the rest of our table and I had to share my water with a friend. Myorder was forgotten. Twice. Everyone else got their food and then two waiters came by to ask if everyone had their food. Weinformed them, twice that I did not. By the time my food came out, everyone else was done. Also, my friend said the noodleswere clumpy but the broth is good. Your karaage is the one thing that semi redeems you. I will not come back ban nai. Your foodis mediocre and service horrendous. Thanks but no thanks. Read more

Very delicious ramen. Spicy miso is amazing. 2 people can share a bowl if an app is also ordered.

Definitely one of our favorite ramen places so far. Came here for the Dan Dan noodle special, flavor was really on point, only... thing I'd change is I'd drop the bean sprouts next time, since their crunchy texture is in conflict with the chewy texture ofthe noodles (it's almost impossible to get a bite of noodle without bean sprouts). Shishito peppers and Takoyaki were perfect*chef's kiss* Read more
