Terrible service!! Terrible Management! They were super rude. Waited more than 30 minutes and we never got our drinks. We asked... if they could please check on our order and they never checked. So convenient location!! You always thirsty when shopping and this is the drinks shop on the floor. I have a feeling everyone... who shops here will eventually go here at least once. Store got very busy in weekends so I would stay out of the traffic bygetting my drinks more regularly in week days. Staffs are friendly and quick! For many years starbucks was the leader in customer service but they have forgotten so much about caring for the customers that... I would not even consider that a service. Most employees feel as if they were doing you a favor and expect the customers togreet them instead of them greeting the customers. So sad that Starbucks had forgotten about good customer service. I do not recommend coming here. Honestly my drink had to be remade twice. The first time it was remade, the person that remade... my drink didn't even look at my drink to see what to do. Since I told her I ordered a vanilla latte and I couldn't taste thevanilla she just made a vanilla latte. I have sensitive teeth and am lactose intolerant. She gave me the normal temperaturedrink with 2% milk. The frother milk was basically on its way to a cappuccino. I had paid for blonde shots and did not get thaton my remake. My S.O had to go to get it remade since I didn't want to seem rude. He did not know what I ordered so I wrote downthe codes on the cup, since I work at a Starbucks, and she did not know her codes. He had to explain it to her and he does notwork for a Starbucks. It's kind of ridiculous that someone is there to remake drinks and doesn't even know her codes. Stay awayand go to another one. I wasn't the only one to complain in the span of 10 minutes either. Please go elsewhere. Also, my remakewas still too frother for a latte. Everyone that likes coffee knows about Starbucks. This place is clean and they prepare your coffee quick :)
