This place was open at 7 am the week before. I stopped for breakfast because I needed something quick. I pulled in at 8:10 but... the doors were locked and lights were off. I pulled through to see the window sign had changed to 8 am. It was already past 8,there was a working sitting by the door so I pulled around and waited since I had a craving by this point. I waited for 5-10, nobid deal. Car started lining up behind me getting visibly frustrated. I pulled through to see the worker still stuck outside, this situation sucked for them too. I went to Jack-in-the-box instead. Read more

consistent issues with food and getting the order right. often undercooked or underportioned. cashiers are always kind, though.

I realize it?s just Taco Bell, but this is by far the worst one I?ve ever been to. EVERY TIME I have ordered there, whether in... the drive-through or dine-in, my order has been wrong, the portions are absolutely pitiful, and the service is horrible. It?salmost like they are pinning tortillas to the wall, and throwing ingredients at them from the other side of the kitchen. Onevisit I ordered a Burrito Supreme, and it would have been a rip-off if it had been from the $.99 menu. It was teeny, thetortilla was really hard and stale, and the lettuce inside was completely wilted. I couldn?t eat it. It had obviously beensitting in the kitchen for at least an hour or two. There is zero work ethic and pride in what the crew is doing. Theyapparently don?t care at all about giving their customers good food, and service. I worked in food service for a long time, so Ican only imagine how dirty the kitchen is. They?re a bunch of kids, so I can only blame the management for not setting a goodexample. I don?t like giving extremely negative reviews, but this place is bad. I?ve given this location numerous tries, hopingI just had a string of bad luck, but every time I?m disappointed. I?d rather drive to a TB miles away than go to this one, whichis right down the street from my house. I will never go to this location again. One star, only because I can?t go lower thanthat. It really comes down to making excuses to not fix a mistake that's easily fixed, but this Manager has no common sense. Plus,... from what I saw, in the little time I was dining in, the mistakes on orders through the drive through were constant. At leastthree in fifteen minutes. Apparently there was even one as I walked out of the dining room, as a car almost ran into me,backing out of their driveway, back into their parking lot, in haste. Got to wonder why... The good news is it gave me a moreobjective view on their Grilled Cheese Deluxe Box. As there was nothing deluxe about it. To begin with, they provide hardly anynacho cheese, for their nacho chips. Container was only a third full, so not even half way full. There was barely a "thin scoopof a spoon of meat" for their Chalupa Supreme, so nothing even regular, let alone supreme, about it. The quotes are what themanager told me is how they are told to make the Chalupa, when he tried to get me to pay even more, for what was hardly anymeat, for just a little more meat. The best part was when the Manager, said that is how their Supreme Chalupa is made, with"just a thin scoop of a spoon of meat", so admitting there was no mistake in the service, so wouldn't correct it. In fact inorder to correct it, he wanted to charge me again. Hell I would have even taken it on the side, when instead he should of tossedthe one I had and made new one correctly. Ever eata Chalupa shell WITHOUT the spicy seasoned ground Taco Bell meat? Try it!Than tell me how much you like Chalupas. ???? This was the Game Changer for me, that was the good news, because that was theeye opener. Why? Because it got me realizing what I was actually paying for, spices for taste in a filler with not any realsubstance. I did however liked the Grilled Cheesy Burrito. Read more

It's better to avoid the drive-thru and order inside so you can check your food more thoroughly. Everytime I order hard shell... tacos through the drive-thru all of the taco shells are all cracked. Read more

My Mango Brisk had this inside my drink, y'all be careful I still have one or two of those suckers stuck in my throat. They look... like dead flys or scraps off the stove. Not sure what it is but I know it's not normal. They should have a health inspection. Mybreakfast scrambler burrito was gross too, I don't recommend it y'all Read more
