This BK is almost never busy and wait time from order to serve is almost always under 5 mins. Customer Service is always good,... and for the most part there dinning room is always clean. Food has at times not been as freash as one would like. A few times Ihave gotten chicken nuggets and or fries severed to me that were noticeably old and a bit dried out. Good was fresh but terrible customer service. They take your order more forcibly than willingly. They told me they charge a... dollar for each ranch I asked although we were 6 people eating in. I was not going to pay $6 for ranch. The service is terribleand never will I go back to this BK. Everyone is rude and always frowning. I would say my experience was pretty good, I've had 160 nuggets from there twice and they last me about 2-3 days and it's less... than 25$. Just make sure they keep up that positive attitude and keep that customer service goin???? and everything should bepeachy Read more
