Our favorite local restaurant! Lots of variety with healthy options for everyone in the group. We had meat eaters, vegans, and... vegetarians and all were happy with their meals. Nice outdoor space and is dog-friendly (outdoors) too, so our whole family canget out together. My favorites are the vegetable quesadilla and the eggs benedict. Read more
Our family of 4 (kids 8 and 10) had to stop in Petaluma to do laundry during our trip from Seattle to San Francisco . We... googled places to eat and tried Redwood Cafe. It was excellent. Food was very good, it was self serve but food came quickly onceordered. Good for kids as well. I?d highly recommend if you need a place to stop. Read more

You stand in line to order, then take a number and a seat and prepare your taste buds to be wowed. Seriously, this food is... excellent. You can get a traditional breakfast or try something riskier, like one of their specialty plates. Highly recommended. Read more
Great place for Breakfast and Lunch. Never tried the dinner hours. Now I know why. Skip Dinner, food is not fresh, service is... non existence and the staff were not rude but not helpful. Ordered the entre special of salmon, mashed potatoes and vegetables.I had been eating salad all week so asked if they can replace the vegetables with fries, and was told not a problem. Foodarrived with a very tiny piece of salmon that was cold, not an exaggeration. it was so small I think they actually must have runout of salmon, fries were old and reheated, and no mash potatoes. I asked where are the mashed potatoes and the persondelivering the food asked, you want mashed potatoes too? I said yes, I paid for them and they come with the meal. Took nearly 10minutes and when the potatoes arrived they too were cold. Did not eat them. I will still go here for breakfast but will never gohere for dinner. Read more
