Everyone new, menu wrong - had to fix my order, staff smoking in parking lot.
I typically visit around lunchtime and always get hot, fresh and tasty food with a smile.

Mixup on our door dash order. Lobby was closed due to short staff. Went through drive thru and spoke Tyrese, who was so... apologetic and patient for the inconvenience and completed our order in a timely fashion. This place is a complete joke and I feel bad for the employees who work here... It's basically never open, which wouldn't be so... bad if they at least stuck to the posted hours. I placed an order on the app only to drive up and hear "sorry, we're closed."This was at 5:30 PM when the hours shown on the app said that they close at 8:00 PM. I asked for a refund and the guy (who wasactually super polite and tried to be helpful) told me that he has no way to issue a refund. Read more

I know that a TON of negative feedback has been shared via Google and other social media platforms. The franchise owners... continue setting this restaurant up for failure, it's shocking the turnover and lack of consistency around hours and qualitycontrol. It's easy to point the finger at staff but it comes down to the owners support which they clearly lack. I don't seethis location ever shaking the bad reputation any time soon, sad. Read more
This is about the 4th time I have went through the Cottage Grove drive thru and EVERY time my order is messed up. I get home and... I am missing items I paid for. Tonight they gave me mozzarella sticks instead of chicken nuggets. I love the food there and thestaff is polite but the drive through lines are very long & it takes so long to get my order and then I am disappointed with themistakes every time I get home! Read more
