Going on 2 hours waiting for pizza to be delivered! Decided to make dinner instead! IF our pizza shows up, the driver can just... go back. Called at an hour and half was assured the pizza was out for delivery. Clearly it was not. Thankfully we were going topay cash. So didn?t lose money, just time! Too bad you can?t give half a star! Update- Pizza never showed up. First time everhave we had a no show on pizza delivery. Read more

For months the online prices haven't been updated and you show up with a higher total than your online order shows. The first... time it was no big deal but it's been months and they're still not updated. We ordered our favorite meal, baked mostaccioli.Major disappointment!! Barely any sauce and the meatballs are now half the size and not good at all. They tasted homemade beforeand were amazing, now they taste like frozen premade store ones and rubbery. The service has always been mediocre but we stillwent not expecting great service but enjoyed the food. We often also do take out like this time. I don't see us returninganytime soon for food which is a bummer. The only reason I gave 2 stars verses one was because we ate enough to get full butI'll never order it again. Read more
Waitresses were very slow and no personality. Took a long time to get food . Never asked to refill coffee . Never again

Ordered two chicken dinners for delivery from Carbones in Cottage Grove, MN. The chicken and the waffle fries were cooked to... the point of being inedible. Called and talked with someone. The man stated that the chicken cooks that way to get the correctinside temperature. I have never seen another restaurant cook their chicken to being inedible to get to 165 degrees internaltemp. He asked if he could do something to make it right, I told him I would like a refund...close to a $50 bill. He thenasked if he could do something the next time I am in the restaruant, not even acknowledging the refund. I told him, "No, Iwon't be back." He really didn't seem to care. Sat at the bar ordered an Antipasto salad, came right out and was fantastic. Service was quick, beer on tap good and friendly... environment. Pull tabs available. Enjoyed my time here. Read more
