I am very disappointed with what I saw the other day at this chipotle location. A manger by the name of Jacob was screaming at 2... young girls, regardless of what the situation was. A manger should NEVER scream at their employees like that especially cussingand right in front of the customers and their co workers. Honestly how hard is it to pull your employer to the side and have aprivate conversation if they did something wrong. Humiliation is never a lesson that is learned. The food here is average.. as far as convenience your better off placing an order online during the busy times. I usually notice... all the employees are fresh out of highschool and the cleanliness is lacking.. with smeared tables and noticable flies at timesmakes me not want to order food there anymore. Ordered via the app for pick up and the app wasn't able to take online payment so I went to the register to pick up and pay.... When I got to the register I had to ask for items that were missing such as fountain drink cup, and my guac and queso dips thatI had ordered separately. After having a horrible experience two years prior with the Cottage Grove Chipotle I decided I would give them a chance,oops. I... ordered through doordash, one barbacoa burrito with double tortilla, lettuce, white rice, black beans, veggies, corn salsa, andcheese. I received a tiny chicken burrito with cold meat, rice and pinto beans. I tried to talk to Chipotle about it and theysaid to take it up with doordash, but I was like, this is your problem not theirs! They didn't care. This seems to be anepidemic with Chipotle. My friends and family have all had problems with other stores giving horrible service.
