After having a horrible experience two years prior with the Cottage Grove Chipotle I decided I would give them a chance,oops. I... ordered through doordash, one barbacoa burrito with double tortilla, lettuce, white rice, black beans, veggies, corn salsa, andcheese. I received a tiny chicken burrito with cold meat, rice and pinto beans. I tried to talk to Chipotle about it and theysaid to take it up with doordash, but I was like, this is your problem not theirs! They didn't care. This seems to be anepidemic with Chipotle. My friends and family have all had problems with other stores giving horrible service. I am very disappointed with what I saw the other day at this chipotle location. A manger by the name of Jacob was screaming at 2... young girls, regardless of what the situation was. A manger should NEVER scream at their employees like that especially cussingand right in front of the customers and their co workers. Honestly how hard is it to pull your employer to the side and have aprivate conversation if they did something wrong. Humiliation is never a lesson that is learned. The food here is average.. as far as convenience your better off placing an order online during the busy times. I usually notice... all the employees are fresh out of highschool and the cleanliness is lacking.. with smeared tables and noticable flies at timesmakes me not want to order food there anymore. Ordered via the app for pick up and the app wasn't able to take online payment so I went to the register to pick up and pay.... When I got to the register I had to ask for items that were missing such as fountain drink cup, and my guac and queso dips thatI had ordered separately. Of all the Chipotles I had ever been to, this was by far the worst. Unprofessional Staff, even the manager. I went in ordered 2... bowl, and requested to have the salsa's on the side, "nothing on the bowl itself". the staff charging me $1.15 for each. I askedthe staff why? the staff said it's because it was considered as sides. then I told the staff to put the salsa inside the bowlinstead. The staff responded "they made it already, I'm not going to do that." I then requested cancellation on my order, thestaff challenge me by saying "you don't give me an attitude.' then went to the back and talk to the manager. She came back andsaid "The manager said, if you don't want the sides, you don't have to get it." I told the staff again, I want to cancel myorder and get a refund. the staff went back and it takes 10 minutes for the manager to come up, while lot of other customerswaiting in the back. and finally the manager refunded my order. very rude and unprofessional. never again I will return to thischipotle. Poor service! I did a door dash order and on all 3 items I ordered, I requested for fajita veggies. And then the 2 bowls I added... extra meat and paid for extra meat. The bowls did NOT have ANY of the fajita veggies, if the store ran out, you could've waiteduntil the new batch of fajita veggies was cooked then made the order, OR have contacted me to let me know, not make the wholeentire order WITHOUT the items requested. The kids meal I bought only gave me the option to choose 2 sides, so guess what?! Itwas missing a whole side since they didn't care to give me the fajita veggies! Then the extra meat, there was hardly any meatin the bowls, it was mostly filled with rice. So I paid extra for something I didn't even get. HORRIBLE SERVICE!
