Terrible customer service with car wash .I have a monthly Pass for 4 vehicles at Holidays washes . They have all gone down hill... in quality washes over the last year . The ONE that was my Go TO ?- WAS this location, just a touch out of my way but WAS alwaysgood till today ! Unbelievable bad wash 3 TIMES - they could not get the grease off that their dryers spewed all over my new car. To boot the second time through the guy sent me through ?dry wash? ie nothing - no water - nothing ! The system does NOT KNOWTHAT THERE IS A CAR TGERE WHEN YOU LET THE CONVEYOR RUN . Guess what ? I had to hold my brakes at the end so the conveyorwouldn?t push me and my car into the CLOSED door . Honking my horn over and over and over holding my brakes , I open my door andyell HEY STOP THE CONVEYOR . Now the guy comes up to my car and says ?relax Dude? and opens the door . I went inside this timeand the Manager gives me all kinds of reasons why this happens - I don?t want excuses - I just want a solution - nothing! Called corporate, nice woman answered , took down my issue and said THAT location would contact me . 16 hours later , nothing- no email no call Holiday it?s time to say goodbye. There was a small mistake made by an employee at the carwash, which caused minor damage to my vehicle. Which does happen because... we are all human. I filled out the form on their website and within 24 hours Jeff reached out to me for more info and picturesas well. I sent him everything he needed including an estimate. He responded within a couple hours and told me a check will besent to me. Well I received the check and it was for a little more than what the estimate was for. I was shocked as I was onlyexpecting what the estimate was for. I have to give major props to Jeff L for handling this situation and making things right. The customer service I received from him was top notch. Let me tell you it is very rare you're treated that well anymore when itcomes to customer service. Just remember people instead of getting all upset and angry when someone makes a mistake just relaxand realize we are all human and nobody is perfect. Thank You to Jeff L for doing the right thing and I would highly recommendgoing their and I will be using their carwash again. Read more

I just feel for the employees safety they should be wearing gloves when handling money. And they shouldn?t have to do anything... else so they don?t have to take gloves on and off! If someone has the virus that?s doesn?t know they have the virus, hands themmoney and gets change back! There you go..... virus passed??????????? I?m just saying rather everyone be super safe then not toosafe, and if not wearing gloves I would like the employees to go wash their hands. Theirs not going to be a lot of traffic so odon?t mind waiting for an employee to go wash their hands after giving someone change back that was in front of me. Read more

I'm a traveling field tech and stop at many gad stations a day to make phone calls and plan route. After buying gas an lunch at... this establishment they had thr audacity to rudely come out and tell me immlotiering and need to leave. I was parked there forabout 20-30 minutes max. This particular holiday will no longer be recieving any of my money nor support. Read more

I went through the car wash at 7:45pm this evening (2/19/19) and I have to say the young man, Jake I believe, was so... professional and had such pride in his job, pressure washing, I was amazed. I truly appreciate his positive attitude anddedication. He went an extra mile to clean the ice build up on wheels on my Chevy Truck. I felt it was worth mentioning becauseit is extremely hard to find this type of work ethic in many folks these days. I hope this reaches him some how and encourageshim to keep up that level of hard work. Read more

So they have advertisements all over the pumps for discount beverages with hot food purchase. Go inside, choices are limited to... a brat . When asked why they have no Holiday Pantry goods in stock, no salads, no sandwiches, one cold burger for like $4, wastold they don't sell much so don't carry anything on hand. Already had the beverage which now I am paying full price for becauseof MISLEADING advertising. If you're not going to have a selection of hot foods and salads and Deli stuff, don't advertise drinkspecials for buying such items. Duh Read more
