Id give zero stars if I could. This location is a total clown show. An hour and a half after my order was placed, the tracker... said out for delivery when I got a call from the store telling me it *hadn?t even been started yet* and that it would be anotherHOUR. They offered me a refund to cancel the order which I agreed to. Lying on your tracker to hit your corporate metricsmuch? Thirty minutes later a pizza shows up at my door that was supposed to be cancelled because we were starving and ateelsewhere. So I now have an idea of cold food that was supposed to be canceled and no refund that was promised. We stoppedordering here due to issues a couple years ago and apparently nothing has changed. Ordered pizza, Detroit style (first time). When I called and asked for sauce, she did offer a whole new pizza which I said I... didn?t need, just the sauce. Then she laughed as she said she would send it out. Super unprofessional and rude. You shouldn?t belaughing, it?s a simple process to make the pizza someone paid for and no one should have to call to get what they paidfor.. Then the sauce sent was ice cold. Twice in recent history we've order a large pizza with extra cheese... and gotten no cheese. None. At all. Tried to call to see... if anything could be done about it, but no one will even answer the phone. Everything else was correct, but... No cheese. Atall. I wouldn't mind so much, except now that's a an extra charge on even a free "any" pizza through the app. Edit/Correction:The latest one, the dough for the crust was raw in parts. It's rare that my order comes out right from this place. Just ordered pizza tonight, and it's so smothered in cheese that you... can't even see the crust...I did order extra cheese but, there is so much of it that parts of it didn't even melt, and the crusttaste undercooked. Also, i got the wrong sauce put on it, and three times the amount of tomatoes that should normally be put ona pizza. It was just nasty. Read more
Not even the type to do reviews like this but they keep messing up my orders. If I pay money to upgrade something I expect to... get the upgrade. Today I ordered from them and got toppings I didn?t even ask for on my pizza and didn?t even get the upgrade Ipaid for. The food is good but it never turns out how I want which is disappointing. Ordered 2 stuffed pizzas was lacking toppings very salty,was cold when delivered and cost us a total of $66.36 with tax,delivery... fee 5.00 and they tell you you'll going to tip the driver $10.12 . Will never order from them again. The best pizzas are at Hagsin Newport where you pay 23.00 and full of fresh toppings right up to the end Enough for left overs the next day thin and crisp.Don't spend the money on pizza hut.They have the nerve to call that a pizza and charge that Ridiculous!
