I?m completely baffled. To start off, my family and I used to be regulars at this location. It?s fair to say we spend at least... thousands here a year. However, the actions taken by the manger and the employees here is completely unacceptable. When I gotto the window, the lady working there was really nice at first. However, after they charged my card, their entire energyshifted. She began accusing me at me through the window and said I left a bad review. It was insane. I told her I didn?t knowwhat she was talking about, as at this point in time I didn?t leave a review, and I told her the way she was treating me wasunacceptable and I would not allow it. I used to have a 5 star review here, for the record, and obviously have changed it. Shethen told me I was no longer welcome at this location, and slammed the window on my face before I received all my drinks. Iwaited, but she refused to open the window/serve me based off assumptions. Even if I did leave that review, this was a violationof freedom of speech and illegal. I then went inside to get my drinks and she told us they wouldnt give them to us and weregoing to call the cops. Literally still in shock that this even happened. So NOW I am leaving a 1 star review and will becontacting Starbucks for this crazy experience. This is a violation of human rights and freedom of speech. Even if I had left abad review, that?s not a reason for them to tell me I cannot come back to this location and not serve me everything afterpaying. Read more

I first want to start by saying I love all the employees that work here. However, due to poor management, I am giving this... Starbucks location 1 star. I have witnessed the manager be extremely disrespectful to her employees. I?ve seen her yell andtreat them horribly, and this has poured/carried over to her customers. As a mother, when our children are always watching whatwe tolerate, I can no longer go to this Starbucks due to the manager accusing me of stealing water after spending thousands ofdollars at Starbucks (and the manager being extremely rude to me in front of my kid for asking for getting water with mycoffee). I?m very disappointed, and am sad to see this carry over / spread here. They were very rude to myself, my family, andfriends of mine who have gone here. I?ve never been treated so poorly. I know all of the employees by their names, and havegotten to know them personally, so I?m really disappointed with what happened. My wish is the employees get the respect theydeserve, and don?t reflect poorly to customers. I will no longer come to this location. Read more

I was in line today and seen the car in front of me was getting yelled at by the employee Traci. Very unprofessional! I will be... taking my business else where from now on. Always a long wait for the drive thru, as well. Personally I will not be returningand I?ll be telling everyone the experience that I witnessed. Employees should never treat their customers that way. The worst customer service I?ve ever experienced. I was with my niece when they drive thru lady asked me I was related to... someone she knew. I told her I was, and I was her sister, and I was with the woman?s daughter. The drive through lady proceededto yell at my niece for leaving a bad review, which my niece didn?t do. This was completely unprofessional and rude to act thatway just because we were related to someone. We tried to get our drinks, and they refused to give us all our drinks andthreatened us. They didn?t even give us a refund either for the crazy experience. We will be turning our business elsewhere, Iused to be a regular here but I will not tolerate this kind of treatment. Read more

Me and my mom are regulars at this location, she (my mom) gets a coffee here atleast once a day (normally twice, she even knows... most the workers by name, and had built relationships with them) and sometimes goes back a couple hours after getting her coffeeto get some water there, last time my mom went there (just yesterday) she got her coffee and a side of unwanted yelling from themanager about her always getting water there and how it?s wrong. I give 3 stars because the location is convenient for me and my drinks are usually correct. Wait time can be slow sometimes but... I?m okay with waiting because I understand there may be staff shortage, busy times, etc. However, I have to stay the customerservice is not great. My biggest disappointment was recently when my caramel frapp was very icy and had little flavor. I knewthey used too much ice. I have never in the past asked for a drink to be remade so this was my first and I already felt bad forasking. I went back inside and very politely asked the clerk. She took the drink, looked at the label and said to me ?Your orderwas made 20 minutes ago that?s why it tastes watered down.? I was surprised at her immediate response and attitude and feltreally bad for even having asked. If the drink was made correctly then even after 20 minutes it still would not taste likewater. I understand staff can get worn out by rude customers, however they should also remember customers are not all the sameso they should treat their customers with respect. Read more

They made me a coffee, and it was nice of them to take my money for it. Ordered in the app and picked it up at the drive thru,... so not really much interaction. A smiling face at 5 am is about as much of a positive experience possible. Read more

This is one of the best Starbucks locations in the Twin Cities as they will admit if they made a mistake and fix it without any... drama. Drive thru is the best as they are very friendly and always make sure to get the order correct. It's our once a weektreat to get the gouda breakfast sandwich with the sous bytes. If you've not has the sous byte, you are in for a savory treatthat matches well with the cold brew and vanilla sweet cream. Read more
