There was only 1 person working the counter at 5 pm, and that person was extremely slow. Way different than subway used to be
Ordered 8 sandwiches not one was done right!! The two workers were very UNHAPPY IT SEEMED TO BE THERE..no one was in the store... when walked in...never in all the years I have gone to subway has service and food been so inedible!! Read more
Being generous here, giving an extra star due to the fact that the two employee?s were obviously new and polite and trying. ... But super slow service. I had my sandwich toasted, but ended up with cold meat but nearly burnt bread. I have been to a lot ofSubway Restaurants in my life, this was one of the poorest experiences. Need to have an owner or manager type on duringdinner/lunch hours and at least 3 people working the counter. Read more
We enjoy the food and servvice at this location. Staff is generally friendly, patient and in good spirits. Store is clean feom... what I have seen. They have an outdoor eating area. Parking is good. Can access through 80th street or backroad behind building,so that is nice. Read more
Had some issues with past ownership but gave it another chance today and the service was excellent. I wish I would of caught the... young girls name that made the sandwiches. She took her time and meticulously made them perfect. Will be back! Read more
Just bit into a frozen piece of chicken on my toasted sub. Won't go back to this location. I have been going often prior to... today.... Staff is slow always. Often Staff is in the back talking versus helping other staff get orders. Dont have time to waitfor slow staff on my lunch break. Also the back room door is always open and looks dirty. Read more
You know what you're getting here. The staff is friendly, and usually generous with the fixings. No complaints. PS, I love that... they don't skimp on the mayo! Read more
I stopped in today and was little busy but Joshua was mainly working on customers that came in the door while another worker... helped a large call in order, and I just have to say Joshua was working like crazy to take care of customers quickly, kindly andhad a great attitude.
