Was a little disappointed that their lobby was closed at 8:30 pm, when website says lobby hours last til 11 pm. Otherwise... though, no complaints. Despite the long drive through line, it was actually a pretty short wait time. Had clear and easycommunication at the drive through speaker. Order came out exactly as I wanted despite making several alterations to burritosand combo meals. I asked for 10 packets of Diablo sauce and I think they gave me two handfuls full. This has been the worst toco bell for there poor ability to wrap there tocos primarily on the beef burrito and the cheezy beens... i purchased. No consistency here! Compaired To other locations. Read more

Horrible. The app says their lobby is open so you can order pick up and then wait 20+ minutes in the drive through lane. Then... they give you your COLD order that was ready for pick up 20 minutes ago. Either update the app to be drive through only as otherTaco Bell locations have done, or open the lobby for pick up like the app says! This is deceptive and downright shady. The bestpart is when they screw up your order and you get a burrito that looks like the one I posted here... They don't even bother towrap things anymore... Extremely pleased with Cottage Grove Taco Bell. Food was great. Bathrooms spotless, even the hand dryer sparkles.
