Terrible. Uncomfortable chairs. Dirty tables. Overall dreary environment. Full trash cans. Nearly stale buns, and very dry... burger patties. No lettuce on my burger. Only ketchup packets for the fries, and only by request - not offered during the order.Most of the flavors for the Coke machine were empty. Horrible. Read more
I door dash from here often. This place is horribly ran(customer service and manager ownership). Maybe look into new training?... If your a door dasher, avoid this place. If you just want food, expect it to take 20+ mins for you food, and then that orderwill most likely be wrong?.allow another 10 mins for them to correct it. This was the grossest experience at a Wendy's I've ever had.... I waited almost 10 minutes for hot fries they were about to... forget my three frosties I ordered which were all foam no actual ice cream! the chicken nuggets were burnt legitimately burntand crunchy even my kids wouldn't eat them. Check for bugs before you eat. The people working here don?t care. I called, they answered and transferred me to a manager. Told... them about the situation and they sounded completely unapologetic, and unsurprised. They did nothing to resolve the issue. If Iwasn?t on my lunch, I would have went back. (I added a photo in the photos. Couldn?t figure out how to add one to thereview.) Be sure to make sure you have time if there?s a line. Awful wait times. I always love Wendy?s..I don?t come to this location a lot because of this..this is like the 5th time I?ve come here and the 3rd... time I Ordered Dave?s double..the last time I was here there wasn?t so much ketchup and mayonnaise so I didn?t want to put areview,but this time there was sooooo much ketchup and mayonnaise dressing I can?t even hold and bite onto the burger without itfalling off the buns.dressing started falling off due to so much dressing..I hope this won?t happen again..cause I have to eatmy veggies then bite my meats..like I said I love Wendy?s and used to work for Wendy?s but this person need to be holdaccountable for putting toooo much dressing..thanks Read more
They?re short staffed so I tried to be patient and understanding, but their fries are cold and take like they were soaking in... oil for days. They also only filled up my small fry halfway, and I didn?t even steal any out of the bag on the way home. I?djust skip this Wendy?s for now. Read more
Only taking mobile orders! Don't try to go here they only take mobile orders! So dumb! How can i know ahead of time that a fast... food place won't serve me because I didn't order on their app?
