I have always loved Carl's Jr but this location is the worst I've ever been to. Everytime I order a guacamole bacon burger in a... wrap style I always have to go back because they either forget the bacon or the guacamole but this time it was both. How do youforget the 2 main ingredients. Read more
The employee at drive-up was great the food was extremely gross, there was so much sauce on bothe sandwiches we had to take the... patties out to eat just the patties by them self. I will never ever place an order at Cottage Grove, Oregon's Carl's Junioragain. I suggest to have all your cooks fired and replaced. Alicia at the cottage grove location was extremely helpful. She helped us get a very large order organized and ordered in a way... to save us a bit of money. She is polite and energetic. Waited over 20 mins for my burger, myself being the 5th car. Burger came out cold and mangled. Cheese wasn't melted. Fries were... cold. Burger was clearly made out of hatred. Treat your staff better so they don't make it to where I'm scared to eat my Burgerin fear that they mightve spit in it out of loathing of their job. Read more
Unfortunately this was a stop for us on our road trip and we though good ol CJ's never disappoints. We where wrong. We ordered... the classic famous star X3 and one kids meal. The patties where all burnt, there where globs of mayo falling out of everyburger, fries where over salted , kids meal chicken stars where also over fried to the point of when you take a bite they wouldsnap. Food was as expected. Service was good, too. Seemed like Lily was babysitting a staff of trainees, so with the consideration... that most of the store was covered by one person, and the food was still on point for Carl's, this was a good visit. Read more
Carl's Jr is a great restaurant just off Interstate 5 in Cottage Grove, Oregon. Very easy on and off Interstate 5 from either... north or south bound sides. The restaurant is clean, great service, and food. Restrooms were clean and well maintained. Thefood was fresh and hot! Prices reasonable! Had a Western Bacon Cheeseburger and 3 Chicken Strips. Ordered a combo with fried zucchinis. Got six piece chicken stars instead . I would rate this place five stars if they were... consistently good. I will verify my order visually before leaving the drive thru window to keep mistakes down to aminimum. Employees are more than happy to make any corrections to the order. Read more
