So, Arby's has been going downhill for years along with all the other major fast food companies. I have been here 4 times. ... Each was a disappointment. I will just review my final time going there today. I got the 5 piece chicken tenders. Had to waitfor them to be prepared. I ordered the meal with curly fries and soda. I literally live right across the street. Chicken andfries, not hot, which is a surprise as I had to wait for the chicken to be prepared. The kicker, I wanted chicken tenders, notchicken tendons. 3 of the 5 pieces of chicken had tendons I bit into, making me trash the meal after only a few bites. I giveup. I actually used to work for Arbys in my teens over 20 years ago. And quality has gone WAY down hill, but that seems to bethe trend with fast food in general. If I were to give advice to Fast Food Restaurants, it would be simple. People want hot,fresh food. i shouldn't have to ask for fresh fries or whatever. Skip this place... Read more
Waited in drive thru for about 15-20minuets and there was only 1 car infront. Wanted to try the new chicken Diablo dare. The ice... cream machine was down. Oh well got a soda. But when I got home there wasn't any BBQ sauce. The chicken wasn't great And halfthe loaded fries were undercooked. Cottage grove location. Read more
I had arrived late with not half an hour before their dine-in was closed, with a bunch of coupons on top of it all. They weren't... rude about it at all and in fact did not rush my family and I while we were eating or after. We left a few minutes later but thestaff was polite the whole time. I enjoyed ringing their bell of appreciation and did not expect their unison thank you, whichgave me a chuckle, and when my nephew did it they all were prepared to say thank you. Very unhappy with service. Went through drive through. Made is very clear that I wanted just meat a cheese. She... said "so no bacon'" I said yes I want bacon. That is a meat. I get home to no bacon or cheese. Drove it back. Theyput bacon and cheese on the same sandwich. Buy the time I got it home 20min after initial order it was cold. Read more
Really nice Arby's. I order ahead using a food app w/ pickup rather than delivery. My orders are typically accurate (No missing... items). Staff is usually quite nice. Read more
The food was hot and tasty! We were very happy with our selections - but not so happy with the 10-15 minute wait. There... weren't even that many patrons in the store. The drive-through line must have been pretty long, is all I can guess may havecontributed to the issue. Read more
Woman taking our order kept asking us to wait, then confused our order a few times. Waited over 40 minutes in the drive thru... AFTER ordering. On my way to a concert (have to get to see NKOTB on time!) so I thought "Arby's is faster than Culver's".Apparently not. Won't be coming again. Read more
Its Arby's, whats not to like. Only issue is pricing is getting out of hand. Over $11 for a brisket sandwich meal is getting too... high. I'm cutting back. Read more
