This venue was clean and seating was readily available. However, several aspects of our visit were definitely less than... satisfactory including no waitstaff attending to us once we were seated and basically being reprimanded by the bartender when Iapproached to try to order a beer. Once a server was finally appointed to our table, she did not introduce herself, smile evenonce and only returned to our table with the bill which I then had to take back to her with our credit card since she again didnot return to our table. There was also a lot of ambient noise and kids running amok which made this a less than idealenvironment for trivia since we could hardly hear the announcer. Staffing issues are an understandable issue for manybusinesses, but what this comes down to is that the service we received was just not adequate. Read more
We have tried so many times to give BB Jacks a chance. We live so close and it?s one of the family friendly places nearby. Today... was the last straw. It was 17 minutes (yes I timed it) until we were GREETED after being seated. We ordered one beer each andthat took ANOTHER 11 minutes to be delivered. The beers alone (one tap, one bottle) we?re over $15. It?s really a bummer that wewon?t be back. The arcade is fun, but not worth the wait for service. Read more

The food was OK. They didn't have bbq ribs or baked potatoes even though they were on the menu, and loaded baked potatoes were... even listed on a Specials board you see when you first walk in. We settled for a burger (ordered medium, got well done, but atleast it was better than frozen Sysco quality) and fish (bland/ok). The menu was dirty, the floors were dirty, one of ourknives was dirty, and none of the hand sanitizing stations in the arcade worked. The arcade games don't take cash, you have toprepay to load up a card (like a credit card) which you then use on the machines/games. It's not clear what each machine costs-many say 6 "credits" (but one took 10 off our card) and some say swipes or tokens. We were able to play about 5 games for $10. The games are visually very cool. The service was fine. The staff were nice, though they seemed tired and it was clear theywere each doing their best to be in two places at once. Our waitress brought the bill before asking if we wanted anything elseor dessert, but we didn't anyway so it was fine. We won't be back. This place might be neat if you want a place for a lowexpectations date or need to distract the kids while you get a drink- but only if they get things more clean and organized. Read more
Large place with ample seating and TVs indoor and out. It seems like everything is large here, including the arcade, salad bar... and beer selection. The staff was friendly and attentive, the menu had great options, and it was a good atmosphere. One tripsoup and salad bar was $5.50 and with everything you could want, including 4 soup options, that's all you'd need. The pretzel,wings, and cuban we're all great. The appetizer came out while we were getting salad bar and the food came out only a few bitesin to all that so it would have been nice to get the main course not so quick. I'll be back! Read more
First time visiting tonight. The food was excellent (though not a place to go get a salad at), and their game room is like a... small Dave & Busters. We'll definitely be back! Read more
The service was very good, the staff was attentive and nice. The food was ok. The shrimp wrap would have been much better... without the crunchy shrimp tails. The Moscow Mule was unpleasant with way too much lime. A margarita was better but came with nosalt. Read more
